They told me I didnt have enough funds in my " escrow account " ( they tell you the fees you pay a portion will go toward your setltement which sounds like a good idea? ) well after 3- 4 months I asked how much is in my settlement account they said 300 dollars!! NONE of this was ever explained to me. When I asked questions they would be VERY aggressive / short and impatient and tell me to READ THE CONTRACT only they never sent me a copy of the contract until I asked for it 4 months after beginning with them. The MANGAER her name is JULIA PAIZ insulted me told me I was bad a math and I lie!! I did end up calling back the company after doing my research and decided I wanted to see what they can do for me. I did need help on my payments, season was very slow, I was honestly in a bad position. Nikki got me approved for a lower payment, she held my hand through the process, she keeps in contact with me, and if I had any questions she'd always get back to me.
