The estimate we received was less than two others that we had gotten. They arrived promptly both for the estimate and the day of service. They had bucket trucks to use for the large branches over our house and to get to the top of the trees. They also climbed in our other trees to remove dead branches. They left some firewood for us and even cut it in 18-inch lengths. They repaired divots in the ground from where the huge pieces of the oak fell. Overall, a very good experience. We noticed they started working on the other part. We were afraid it could go at any time. We got three different estimates. Broad Ripple Tree being the lowest. They were able to work around our schedule. The guys doing the removal were great. Took everything down and cleaned up. We were very happy with the work. Our yard is a little tore up but that's to be expected. When paying I wanted to take them a check since one of the guys told me they charge 2% more for credit card fees. I had issues finding the right place. They are behind the big building that the gps will take you to. And there is no signage for Broad Ripple Tree Service. For the work they did we'd totally recommend.
