This is a big round food court (like the big round people that spend a lot of time in food courts perhaps) and you'll end up being round if you eat here too much. It has some pretty typical options, a few chains mixed in with some little local places serving standard fare. It's not bad but the bubble tea shop in here is pretty bad even though they are friendly. But if you coming here for dinner or lunch, then you have plenty of options and some of them are pretty good. So everyone flocked to this Uber cool mall during the 90s , as did I visiting an arcade in there called Pocket Change. For YEARS I saved all my redemption tickets to get an awesome prize at this arcade. Finally sometime in the late 1990s I brought in my stack of saved tickets to cash in my bonanza . My heart sank as I walked up to Pocket Change to see the neon sign off and the gate closed. It went out of business. And so I have no pity on this now dying mall which killed the older mall...oh, the butter sweet irony. What goes around comes around, it's your turn Bay City Towne Center. No longer the new kid on the block but a hasbeen. And yes, in case you're wondering, I still have those thousands of uncashed Pocket Change game tickets somewhere.

There is very little activity going on in the mall. The one thing they have going for them is that the mall is pretty much full of stores despite the lack of customers. So I thought I'd get them for them. But the girl up front said no. I politely tried to explain and she immediately said she'd call the cops if I didn't leave. Wtf. You just lost a long-time group of people who were always rooting for you. That moment completely changed how we view this restaurant. A place we once recommended is now a place we won't return to.

I reached out for assistance and was directed to the security team by help desk. The help desk was very rude and disrespectful. They requested my credit card information and phone number, assured me that someone would follow up, and then completely failed to contact me afterward. A customer dealing with thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges should not be ignored after providing requested information in good faith. At minimum, I expected basic communication, professionalism, and accountability. Instead, I received no update, no explanation, and no follow-through. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this store's customer service and security response. I hope management reviews how fraud-related customer concerns are handled, because leaving customers without any response after asking for sensitive information is unacceptable.
