She goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable....including putting wireless headphones on you so that you can watch any Netflix show you want during your cleaning since she has a TV above her chair. It always feels so....luxurious :) Her cleanings are gentle, thorough, and she is great at explaining x-rays, and following-up on things she has been keeping an eye on every 6 months. I even ran into her at the car dealership after I had only been to see her once, and she recognized me and remembered my name! She really seems to care and take interest in her patients. I always love that she professionally cleans my Invisalign retainer each time I go even though I didn't get Invisalign through them. She recently got a new hygienist who is also very friendly. I did get a couple of gum pokes when she cleaned my teeth but it wasn't as bad as previous hygienists in other dental offices. They are practicing strict COVID measures which I really appreciate. The process is to give them a call when you park and they will let you know when to come up. Masks are required, and they give you a clean set of gloves right before your cleaning.
