I had an appointment that I arranged via email. They were prompt with bringing my car back for the oil change and I was out within half an hour. During my wait - I had a lovely chat with the guy behind the front desk, he talked to me about the history of the shop and the experience Troy has. Another patron brought them fudge while they worked on her car and a second patron tipped them for pumping gas - in this economy?! To me those were clear signs that these people take care of their customers and the customers keep coming back! I'm glad I found this place for all my future car maintenance

What a breath of fresh air to go to Guzzo's!! I don't often go over to St.Paul, but I definitely recommend making the short drive for quality auto service. On the day of the pickup I received a call, as I was told to expect, telling me they were on the way. The crew was on time, professional, courteous.
