The only entrance is off southbound White Bear, and if you miss it, good luck turning around. Once you finally get in, it's not clear where customers are supposed to go. There are doors that look like public entrances, but one leads straight into the oil change bay, and the other is locked. You can see an office through the window, but there's no way to actually talk to anyone about pricing. There are no signs, no banners, and no posted prices anywhere. I drove around the back, which is so narrow that it's nearly impossible for a truck to maneuver, and ended up stuck in line with no idea what anything costs. Eventually, a worker walked up and said, "Can I help you?" I asked for the price of a full synthetic oil change. He said, "I don't really know right now." I told him I wasn't waiting through six cars and 45 minutes just to find out the price. He guessed it was "about $110 before tax," but even then wasn't sure. At that point, I backed out--which took another ten minutes because the space is so tight. The whole setup is a mess. There's zero signage, zero communication, and zero customer consideration. They then said it needed a steering gear and that would be another $1500.00. They charged me $2400.00 to replace the steeing pump. My daughter has been helping me get in touch with the owner. I was told I needed new rear brakes, so I planned to replace them myself on Saturday, 12/29/25. When I went to start the job, my security socket was nowhere to be found. So much for my Saturday project. The shop was closed for the weekend, so I couldn't resolve it. I met with the owner, Dan, on Monday. He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience--and I didn't receive so much as an apology from the owner. This was my experience as a first-time customer. A $50-off coupon will not bring back my business.
