As a building manager for a landlord, I was shopping around getting quotes from multiple exterminators and gentleman named Eddie from At Last Pest Control shined from the bunch. Let's cut straight to the story, shall we? I had a rodent problem due to the negligence of a tenant living a real life episode of hoarders with disgusting and filthy conditions (prompting the landlord to immediately process an eviction). Upon explaining to Eddie in great detail of the situation, I gave him the number to make an appointment direct with the tenant. Not ONCE but TWICE the tenant stood him up on both appointments travelling from the Bronx. At this stage, most exterminators would be truly annoyed traveling to the destination to perform a job only to get cancelled/stood up from the tenant/customer, wasting their valuable time and losing revenue! Eddie didn't charge me any appointment cancellation fee. He was patient and understood my very difficult and frustrating situation. Eddie assured me when the eviction is complete, he will come and perform his duties once I have full control of the apartment. Once the city marshall gave possession of the apartment, he came and performed the job the following week. Eddie reassured me that he will come again to inspect the entire property to make sure the situation was fully resolved, giving additional assurance and peace of mind. On a closing note, his pricing is very fair and wasn't charged for the revisit to make sure the job was fully completed. I honestly wish I could give less than 1 star, because this company doesn't deserve even that. I initially hired At Last Pest Control back in November 2019 when my husband and I realized our mice problem was bigger than we could handle. At that time they came out and placed boxes filled with chicken and wax poison throughout our apartment. Not knowing any better, we thought that would solve our problem. And it did, for a few months. It turns out that the boxes were placed where the mice were entering our apartment--we were essentially paying At Last Pest Control hundreds of dollars to feed mice! I just hired a new exterminator (Affordable NYC Exterminators), who let us know that wax poison is outdated and simply putting boxes throughout the apartment is a bandaid solution. In order to eliminate the problem, you need to eliminate the points of entry. I paid At Last Pest Control WAYYY too much money for them to not get a better handle of the situation. As alleged exterminators, their conduct was simply unprofessional. When I reached out to them prior to getting a new exterminator, the first thing I was told was that I would be charged again since it is "a new month." Bottom line: save your money and DO NOT use this company (unless you like giving money away and still having to deal with a rodent problem). Another piece of advice: whichever exterminator you use, ask to see their license! read more

At Last Pest Control is truly the best. I initially reached out to them because I saw a few roaches in my apartment, freaked out, and reached out in a panic in the middle of the night (I hate roaches). They wrote back to me almost immediately and were able to come to my apartment the next morning. Eddie was super thorough in fogging and spraying my apartment, and he told me how to prepare (by clearing out my shelves) and how to clean up after. They have a 30-day guarantee and if you see roaches (after the first few days, when roach activity is more active) they will come back and spray for free. Unfortunately a few weeks later I did see another roach and reached out over email. At the time, there was an email server issue that led to confusion and miscommunication (they weren't receiving my emails). When Eddie realized that I'd sent a few emails that he hadn't seen, he immediately called me to fix the situation and gave me 6 months of free follow up sprays (rather than just the 1 month) which was super generous. Joamy has been coming and spraying my apartment for a few months now and he is also great! Since he started spraying my apartment every month, I haven't seen any more roaches. Most recently, I saw a mouse in my apartment and he came immediately to close up holes in the radiator/wall and provide traps for me. I recently moved from California and I have never really seen mice, so when I called At Last Pest Control at almost 10 pm I was so happy just to have them respond so quickly. I have to say that these guys continue to surpass all of my expectations, They are on time, move quickly and are extremely knowledgeable! They made a headache seem like a breeze! I was very satisfied with At Last Pest Control's services. I called and left a message the morning after I spotted two cockroaches in my bathroom. Within an hour, Eddie called me and gave me a quote and said it covers up to 30 days (so if I saw any more cockroaches, he would come again for free). My basement was infested with rats which would freely roam throughout the first floor. I had hired a very well known company who just relied on traps. I recently purchased my first home and wanted exterminators to come in and do an assessment of the home for roaches, mice and other pests. They were very attentive on the phone and I was hopeful. The technician came out and only assessed the home for mice. He claim that he saw some droppings and that I needed traps. I really don't think the droppings were real and I would hate to believe that the "droppings" were planted in the house. The tech didn't assess the outside of the house for anything else...termites, spiders, nothing. I'm terribly disappointed that I had to call another vendor to come out to do a more thorough job. My girlfriend's roommate has been freaking out about a bug problem in her apartment. Two different kinds of bugs, no idea what they are. The first person she talked to told her they'd get back within the hour to figure it out. The guy who ended up calling was dismissive and rude. She tries to describe the bugs to him, the whole time he's being condescending and rude, interrupting her when she's trying to describe the problem or ask questions. He asks her to send him a picture; she does. He tells her he can't identify the insect by the picture and to get a better one. So she and her roommate trap one of the bugs in their apartment, have a full bug photoshoot, and send another picture this guys way. He responds, two hours later, with, "Those are regular flies I'd try closing the window". I get that the bugs could be flies - I told her that myself. But the way this guy talked down to her and just assumed she'd be dumb enough to not close the window when she's dealing with an insect problem? Not okay. The windows weren't even open. Seriously even if there wasn't anything this guy could do about it, he didn't have to be such a dick. Can't say anything about the service itself though (lol sorry folks), but this experience has been enough to make us steer clear of them. Come on, man, there was no need to be like that. read more

I had been infested with mice a few years ago, I called Terminix and then Rambug both recommended, both stunk. I called At Last at 11pm crazed from the mice. I called in pest control. Came very quickly and plucked a hole in like 15 min and rushed out. $350 charged yet I had to remind them to check behind the fridge and sofa. Very unprofessional. I keep seeing mice running around in my apartment afterwards. I was promised free follow-up within 30 days so I called the vendor again, but I was told this is a hard problem for old apartment in Manhattan and he wanted me to wait for two weeks. Sure it is hard but isn't that why you charge $350 to fix it??? And why should I wait for two weeks if I keep seeing mice on the daily basis??? He reluctantly agreed to come in but never showed up.
