I called prior to arriving and the woman who answered the phone was friendly. The receptionist was also very nice and helped me decide which level of tanning bed to go into, how long I should stay in and which lotion to use. I will be returning and suggest if you're on the fence to go and try it for yourself because I had a great experience!
