I'm literally pre-paying and you're saying my money vanished. You literally take my money and bc I don't come frequently enough to cause skin cancer, my money somehow loses its value. The last package expired last week. $60 for 50 minutes (6 sessions) in the lowest level bed. Not only did my money just suddenly have no value when I went to buy a new package it was now $84 for 5 sessions. The front desk receptionist or tanologist said "well if you don't come we get to keep your money". Cmon Catherine. Gone are the days when your girls treated customers of 30 years with a smile and a morsel of respect. Left a message and asked Catherine the owner who is so nice in person to give me a call. The owner and her daughter are also always very friendly and helpful. You can tell they take pride in their salon, truly maintain their equipment, and keep everything nice and clean. Not to mention all her beds are brand new and strong, you will leave there with a nice tan and glow! The previous owner (Tropical rendezvous ) did always run specials and was on Groupon but he let his salon go to shit and never changed the bulbs. You get what you pay for.
