Every room has the tanning essentials such as the goggles, stickies, deodorant, body sprays, etc. All you need to bring is some tanning lotion, which they sell in house at a reasonable price. The owner and her daughter are also always very friendly and helpful. You can tell they take pride in their salon, truly maintain their equipment, and keep everything nice and clean. Not to mention all her beds are brand new and strong, you will leave there with a nice tan and glow! The previous owner (Tropical rendezvous ) did always run specials and was on Groupon but he let his salon go to shit and never changed the bulbs. You get what you pay for. The new owner of Afterglow Tanning completely gutted the place and invested in everything new. She did a wonderful job and should be proud of herself. Go check them out, you won't be dissatisfied.

They have resting areas, play relaxing music, and the entire staff was pleasant to interact with. Only minus was you could still hear the music and talking from upstairs when you walked by the staircase. I got the chocolate covered strawberry facial with Jayde. She was great, she answered my questions during the experience. During the mask portion, she offered a scalp massage or hand and arm massage. I went with the hand and arm massage which she did excellent with. This calming, cleansing, uplifting facial was followed by my full body massage with Lea. Lea is a gem! She wished me happy birthday a few times and gave me so much good knowledge about my body, my high tension areas and tips on how to relax them at the end of a day. Each service was about 1 hour. Within 10 minutes I had a response from Brianna with a recommendation as to the best day to be sprayed prior to the wedding, her availability around those days and where I can find instructions prior to being sprayed. I also had a question in between going to my appointment, which she promptly answered. I arrived at my appointment, which is located in a private home, not some busy salon, so it was nice for privacy purposes. Brianna made me feel comfortable off the bat and my tan was finished in less than 15 minutes. I was given instructions on my next steps to preserving my tan and also told not to hesitate to contact her with questions. My tan looked great on a chilly Saturday in January. She tells me she needed to add this color otherwise the few hairs would not be covered. Amazing never happened to me but if she felt that ways she should of asked me because my hair is very fine and I do not have much of it.
