So let me start by saying I wanted to give this place the full 5 stars after I left. I loved how beautiful the store was and the girls there were very nice. I got the bronze in a breeze tan so I could shower later that night. My appointment went smoothly and I left with no complaints. However, once I got home I noticed there was a stripe down my left arm that seemed to have not been sprayed. I didn't panic because I realized that the tan needed 24 hours to set in and it probably seemed so noticeable at the time because I had not showered yet so the cosmetic makeup made the other part of my skin look so dark. After 7 full hours, I showered to wash the tan off and I was happy with the results. I used non alcoholic body wash, patted dry, and moisturized exactly how the girls told me to. Then I realized the next day my arm pits, the ventral side of my elbows and even my wrists were considerably dark compared other parts of my body. On top of that the stripe on my arm actually showed up even more noticeable the next day. I am a full time med student and it was the midst of my finals week so I was not able to go back into the store to get it fixed. The worst part is that I had to take my engagement pictures like this. Even the photographer noticed and said she would photoshop those areas as best as she could. I am extremely disappointed with how my tan turned out considering how much I paid. I came to this place not minding how pricey it was because I felt confident they were professionals that would deliver a great service. Unfortunately, it was not worth it in the end and now I just wish I had never gone here in the first place. read more

I've been a loyal fan of BB since they were strictly mobile years ago and happily followed them to their first location in The Heights. I am super excited about their new location because they deserve to expand (and it's down the street from my job). The salon itself has really cool decor and it's actually really comfortable to wait in before your appointment. I was really impressed with how nice and luxurious the tanning rooms are, too. I feel like I shouldn't really be impressed (anyone who's been to their current studio knows how cool their rooms are) but I'm always amazed at the eye to detail these ladies have. Make sure to ask for the best product to take care of your tan, I got a great travel kit for a great price to throw in my carry on and a full sized self tanning mousse for touch ups between sessions (highly recommend! Not orange at all!) They're always happy to give suggestions and they're extremely honest (and great price point for natural/eco friendly products!) My past experience with spray tans left me nervous to try another. I'm so glad I did though! The process was so fast and easy! I was able to continue about my day in about 20 minutes. For the next week everyone asked me where I'd been that I'd gotten so tan! I didn't look orange at all! ****Updating my review to include response to owner's reply: Per my review, my sister rescheduled the appointment in a panic to avoid being charged when we called before our first appointment to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances that involved her wedding. I never said that she implied to y'all that she was unable to make the rescheduled appointment. I said that after she was left with no choice by your expensive and strict cancellation policy, she rescheduled and was going to try and rearrange her wedding plans to make it and avoid your charges. That didn't happen. Because of her wedding. Your tech could've gone home a lot sooner had you been more understanding initially and allowed us to cancel. Again, life happens. Maybe show your customers a little grace in the future. Thanks.**** I booked an appointment for my sister and I to have spray tans done for her upcoming wedding. The day of our spray tan, on our way to our appointment, my sister got a call from her tent/tables vendor who was waiting at the wedding location to be allowed onto the property. The vendor arrived early, and as a result, no one was there to let them set-up. Panicked, my sister called to cancel our appointments so we could rush over to let them in as we were over 30 miles away and being charged by the hour. She was told that both spray tans would be fully charged to the card that was provided upon making the appointments because a 24 hour notice wasn't provided and we weren't/couldn't reschedule. Their cancellation policy was never disclosed to me upon making the appointments. I assumed there would be a fee charged for cancellations - and completely understand why - but to be charged fully for services not rendered and to conveniently keep that information from your customers when booking their appointments is incredibly dishonest and disappointing. Additionally, after the person my sister spoke to conveniently remembered to disclose the cancellation policy to her as she was canceling, my sister *did* schedule a new appointment time later the same day in a panic to avoid my card being charged over $100 - even though we were 99% sure this wasn't going to be feasible as this was the day before her wedding and so much was going on. It was such a huge stress and mistake - and, as we predicted - we just weren't able to make that appointment either. My card was charged $110 - our fault, yes, for missing the appointments. But I would've never scheduled these appointments had I known their strict/expensive cancellation policy. Life happens, y'all. Just make sure it doesn't happen if you do business with these people. read more

I got a great spray tan today by Jaqueline and I could not be happier with my experience. As a woman in her 50s I'm a little more conservative and hate being undressed. Really loved my spray tan here! I felt pretty natural (as natural as you can get with a spray tan lol) and it lasted me about 4 days which I feel is pretty standard. I do fitness full time time which means lots of sweating, so maybe it could have lasted longer if you aren't in that business! I had mine with Aleia. She was super quick and very nice! read more

Awesome! Not only is my tan the best one I've ever gotten, the owner was able to accommodate for a last minute trip to Vegas with my best friends!
