The place is super cute and the receptionist is 10/10! So friendly and even offered me tea. I enjoyed filling out the forms so I could pick things like a blanket and minimal talking so I could relax. The service was absolutely exceptional my service provider was incredible. I felt so pampered and it was such a luxury experience and worth every dime! It's easy enough via the app. After I book with Classpass, they send me a text and email for confirmation before the appointment. And a thank you email after the appointment. The lobby is always nicely decorated, especially seasonally. I dont think I have met the owner yet, but belive it may be female owned. The message therapist had no clue what she was doing, the cups kept falling off on the floor. She abandoned cupping altogether and started an extremely deep tissue upper back massage because I was "very tense." The cups didn't stay on my body more than 45 seconds, and not more than 2 at one time. This woman was completely ignorant of the technique- it would have been better if they just said they didn't have the availability. I am really have a hard time believing she was a certified massage therapist. Trying not to be mean I just wrapped up the massage and proceeded straight to the front. I don't see any certificates and I don't want to be rude to ask - but I'm never coming back so it doesn't matter. I had been here a few times and that made it may last. The problem is: I'm more sore TODAY than I was going in. And down I have a headache from the deep tissue mess she was going in my traps. I play tennis the morning and life must go on but she did more damage than good. Never, ever going back. There are so many places in Houston to get cupping therapy, this was a joke!

I never did get a call back. Monday 3/25, I texted her to set up an appt for today 3/30 @ 8 am. I showed up at the salon at 7:50 only to find someone else in her chair. I was pissed! She apologize and asked if I could come back in 3 hrs? I made my appt on this day, at this particular time because it's what works for my schedule and what I have going on at this time in my life. No I don't have time to go back and forth to your salon as if you doing my hair is a favor. I made my appt 5 days before not 5 months ago! With your years of experience, you should have a better handle on your scheduling. I probably should not have bothered calling back after you said you'd call me, lesson learned! The day before my appointment, I received a call saying their system had made a mistake and should not have allowed me to book the lymphatic drainage special at 50% off. It was only about a $20-$25 difference, so honestly, as a new customer, I would have expected them to honor the price their own system allowed me to book. There was really no flexibility or effort to make it right. I still came in for the massage, and the massage itself was fine. However, since the lymphatic add-on was removed, I would have had to wait about 30 minutes to use the salt room. I decided not to sit around and wait, so I just left after my massage. Overall, my issue was less with the massage and more with the customer service. Would I return? No. Would I recommend it? Probably not. Most spas at this price point are beautiful, but what really makes a spa experience special is the customer service, the guest experience, and the business thinking behind it. In this case, it felt like they chose saving $20 over creating a positive first impression with a new customer.
