The Delaney atmosphere and communal areas are nice and classy, yet comfortable. Most hours of the day when I drop in residents are out of their apartments enjoying the community areas, whether it is eating, socializing, playing bingo, or doing crafts. The residents are friendly and fun to be around. Everyone on staff from the Director to maintenance has been personable and caring to my family. I love attending all the community events. They are lively and well done. It's a place I enjoy going to visit and best of all I am at peace that my dad can easily be social and engage with his peers while living in a clean and safe environment.

The Salon never called any family member before they charged $70+ for a hair cut. They charge the resident's account for the money and it will be collected from their direct billing from bank account. This is an unscrupulous practice. They gave excuse as a "new employee" did this. Their patience and compassion for their memory challenged residents is wonderful. My mother was moved out of memory care, into their long term care, because she was no longer a flight risk. The care in that section was very good but not as attentive as the long term care area. I was thrilled when Meagan said she wanted to move mother back to the memory care section where she still resides. I enjoy visiting her there because I can take her outside to their covered pavilion where she can enjoy sunshine and fresh air.

They have social activities for the residents that are inclusive for all - everything from games, crafts, outside entertainment, movies and physical fun games that encourage circulation and muscle strength.
