They finished on time and helped take care of putting furniture together or removing unwanted items. The company were careful with our belongings as well as to not scratch up our wood floors in our new home. He sent a reminder the day before to confirm the move. The crew arrived on time and shrink wrapped all of the furniture. There were no damages to my belongings so I appreciated the work that was done. What I liked about Rick is he's thoughtful. As example, I moved from one apartment complex to another where locking down the elevator is needed. He reminded me to tell the front office to unlock after we were done. If you want to support a small business owner, this is the way to go.

He brought a tool kit with him to evaluate different aspects of the house -- for example, a marble to test the leveling of the house, a mug to test the ice maker -- in addition to all the other standard tools (i.e. meters for measuring moisture and thermal activity). I feel like he helped me make an informed decision on the house, and also what to look out in the future for should we get the house. I have to agree, his work is outstanding. I reached out to Rubin by calling and leaving a message. He returned my call promptly and we went over what I required. He arrived at my home ready to work! Very professional and knowledgeable about all things techy! Making an appointment was also a breeze. I told him what I was interested in and we went from there. All of this occurred, prior to him coming to my home. Inquire about your prices when calling, but I find him to be pretty reasonable. The first time I called him to my home, the job was kind of substantial. He had to take down my old tv, mount the new tv, set up the bass, and surround sound. If he doesn't have the type of device you need for the installation, he'll make suggestions on where to purchase them prior to your appointment. Both times he asked me about items that I knew I wouldn't have, but he always keeps things on his work truck, so he's not running out on the job. The second time I had him stop-by, he had to mount 2 other tv's, set up surround system in another room and a few extras I needed done. Everything worked out perfectly and I was soon enjoying my tv's and the extra perks that came with it. Never any doubt that if I require any tv's/techy things that need to be handled within my home, I'm calling Rubin to assist. No job is too big or small for him to tackle. I am not the most tech savvy person and they walked me through each aspect of the work to make sure I understood. Even after the work was complete they spent a day just teaching me how everything works and if i have any more questions there a phone call away. Now i have a flawless home theater that i get to show off to all my friends! I hardly ever write reviews, but its well deserved and i am happy to spread the word.
