Today I received a letter from AAA to alert that they have chosen to "Non-Renew" my membership because, get this, I had the audacity to actually fully use the services that I paid for. The letter from AAA stated exactly... "Upon reviewing your membership, we have elected to non-renew your AAA Membership at the end of your current membership term because of disproportionate use of services" Consumers beware, there are other options out there and my positive early experience with AAA has now fully deteriorated. Thankfully, no more waiting over 6 hours for a tow for me!

When I called for an explanation I was told that all cards are now issued as 3 year cards and that the last payment they received was in 2022 and that another payment was due now. So a card issued in 2022 would be valid for 2022, 2023 and 2024. So why is my membership cancelled in October, 2023 and another payment due now?
