Someone to just rammed into me from behind while I was stopped at a red light and majorly messed up my beautiful car. I mean, really? I was STOPPED at a red light and you whacked me hard enough to cause a bajillion dollars in damage and scare the crap out of me. This was no fender bender, folks- this was officially upgraded to an ACCIDENT in my mind. The official designation was made when I had to pick pieces of my tail lights and bumper off the street. Thank you for being amazing to deal with after what was single handedly the scariest moment I've ever had as a driver or passenger in anyone's car. Lord knows everyone else was so freaking chipper about it- it was good to have the amazing agent at your office to help me calm down and acknowledge that it was a scary event for me. I knew it wasn't my fault, the cop knew it wasn't my fault, the other guy SAID it was HIS fault- but somehow I was still paranoid it was going to be deemed my fault. I think it was because no ticket was issued at the scene to the guy who played demolition derby with my little tiny car (maybe the Willowbrook Police Department should be my next review?). Anyway, you reassured me that that wasn't true in between stopping me from hyperventilating. Many, many times. I appreciate that. My car is messed up to the extreme but I have no doubt that you'll come through for me after our pleasant phone conversations! I forget who, but one of your amazing agents was so sweet when I called in at 9 am near tears because everything had happened so fast I hadn't even processed it until I was talking to the insurance agent.
