The ambiance was really nice and it seemed like there were a lot of regulars. However, it was pretty small and pretty expensive

It does get a little busy at times, but the lines move quickly and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Grateful to have Wilson's in our community.

Wilson Farm is much more than a traditional grocery store or farm. We walked into a space that…read morefeels like a full farm market experience, with fresh produce, bakery items, specialty foods, flowers, seasonal displays, and locally sourced products all in one place. The layout is thoughtfully arranged, and the focus is clearly on quality and presentation, making it easy to spend time browsing rather than rushing through a standard grocery run. The fresh produce is the main reason we would visit. The selection changes with the seasons, and there is always something that stands out, whether it is fruit, vegetables, or specialty items. The produce section is one of the biggest highlights, with everything arranged beautifully and a wide variety that makes shopping here feel more intentional. The bakery section is another area worth checking out, especially for breads and pastries. Items like the olive sourdough bread and seasonal baked goods are the type of things that make Wilson Farm feel more like a destination rather than just a place to buy groceries. Beyond produce, the variety is what makes the experience memorable. There are sections for meats, seafood, prepared foods, desserts, flowers, and pantry items, so it is easy to put together a full shopping trip without needing to go elsewhere. The seasonal events are also a big part of the atmosphere, especially in the fall when the pumpkin displays and decorations transform the outside of the farm into something that feels like an autumn destination. The staff were friendly and helpful during our visit, which adds to the overall experience, and the store can get busy during peak seasons, especially around fall events and weekends, so parking and navigating through the crowds may take extra patience. Prices are generally higher than a standard grocery store, but the quality and selection are what make the visit worthwhile. Wilson Farm is one of those places where grocery shopping becomes an experience. The combination of fresh food, bakery items, seasonal atmosphere, and the farm setting makes it stand out. It is a place we would visit not only for groceries but also when we want to explore and pick up something special.

Stillman's was there with their phenomenal meats, the veggie folks have fresh eggs, there was a lady selling french macaroons - I had to try not to make eye contact with any more vendors lest I walk away with no more paycheck. Jonesing for summer days but can't get past the never-ending snow? The Brookline Farmer's market has you covered. And will also maybe teach you a drum roll.

All reasonably priced for the quality. And three different flavors of gravy; golden, red and alla Norma (eggplant and ricotta red sauce)! 32 oz. jars for $10, how can you beat that? I also love getting lamb chorizo from Stillman farm. It's definitely a treat since it's a little pricey, but sooo delicious. There really is nothing compared to lamb sausage. There's also always some local cheese vendors, bakers, fish and produce vendors. Really, I just love the convenience of it, it's the easiest farmer's market for me to get to any time of the year. Prices are high, which is really why I only buy meat, fresh pasta and sauce, I'm willing to pay a little extra for the quality of those items.

And the prices are better than the stores for some things and comparable or slightly more for others...but you are not going to beat the flavor of the fresh fruit and veg straight from the farm. There are several produce stands with wonderful heirloom tomatoes, sweet corn, beets, cabbage and whatever else is fresh from the garden. Also, for the same price as a tiny package of herbs you can get at the grocery store you can get a gigantic bunch of basil, parsley, or cilantro that is 10 times more aromatic than the stuff in the grocery store. Clear Flour Bakery has a stand selling fresh bread. There is a table selling local beef steaks. I bought some lavender for cooking from one of the stands, selling honey, which also sold lavender lemonade to quench your shopping thirst. If you live nearby, you must check it out. Note: last week many of the stalls were gone/packing up well before dusk, but this may be because it was raining a bit.
