He delivers alone, I suspect, and is quite capable of doing all the work himself, but since you got a good deal on your new mattress, it would be nice to help him if you can (these are MY thoughts btw) He also takes the old mattress and box spring to dispose of, which costs about $35, same as our township, but I don't have to drag it out on big trash day. If any of the big places say they take your old mattress away for free, it isn't true. It has been two weeks since our purchase. I wanted to wait to see how my son liked it. He loves it. We had a queen that in less than a month was collapsing in the middle. My wife weighs about 115 and I am 185. They allowed us to return for another mattress for an additional $235. Based on the expected delivery date, we disassembled our existing bed two days prior and ended up sleeping on the floor. We then visited the store to select a replacement headboard, anticipating a smooth delivery of our new bed. Unfortunately, the situation worsened when the delivery arrived without the mattress, forcing us to sleep on the floor yet again. We made multiple calls to resolve the issue, but communication was poor--our calls were not returned, and we were left going back and forth without clear answers. When the mattress was finally delivered, the experience still fell short. We paid for white glove service, yet packaging materials were left behind, and the team did not remove the metal frame as promised. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and highly inconvenient. I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism.

My experience here was the best! I really didn't want to go mattress shopping and had no…read moreconfidence that I could pick out the right mattress for me just by lying on it. Ed Curcio, the manager, put me on their sensor machine, which is like a mattress but it measures all your pressure points while showing you a little video, and then spits out recommendations of mattresses with the right level of support. I spent time laying on just those mattresses, which were all up and down the price range, and bought the one that actually had me drifting off to sleep right in the store. After explaining all the different coil technologies and spending like an hour patiently watching me fall asleep and even giving me feedback on how straight (posturally aligned) I looked on the different mattresses, Ed gave me a great deal on the mattress I picked out, threw in the box spring for free, and gave me the frame at cost. But the excellent customer service didn't stop there. I was in a hurry to get it delivered, but I had left my phone at my sister's house, several states away. Ed actually had the delivery people call his own cell phone at 7:00 this morning, before the store was even open, and relayed the delivery time to me by email! Now that is above and beyond! It's less than 24 hours since I decided I had to finally face the dreaded task of mattress shopping, and I am in possession of a fabulous new bed that I really think I am going to enjoy for years. And if I don't love it, they have a very reasonable exchange policy, and will put me in a different mattress for about a $200 fee (mainly for delivery and removal of the used mattress). I could not be happier with the whole experience, and highly recommend going to see Ed Curcio at Mattress Warehouse. He's a super nice, very well informed, low-key salesman who will listen to your needs and guide you to the right bed for you. He took all the hit-or-miss guessing out of this important purchase.

The hospital bed for my mother with als bound to a wheelchair and the new twin for my father her caretaker to be by her side at night. When the delivery drivers came it was a little hectic and they made their way into the en suite handicap accessible bathroom and stole medicine from my mother. Medicine she was taking for her pain and less the anxiety she has from this awful disease. We did call and speak to a manager but received a sorry and shoulder shrug. Don't use them if they are hiring drivers who cannot be trusted and steal from a handicap woman.
