The sales lady very nice seems knowledgeable. She is the owners daughter. The delivery also great. Now the but. Kings row mattress a brand they sell is not very good. We had a queen that in less than a month was collapsing in the middle. My wife weighs about 115 and I am 185. They allowed us to return for another mattress for an additional $235. Of course after I got my second Kings row from them I began to read the reviews on Kings row, they are not good. Bottom line nice people lousy mattress brand. I do think they should have offered a refund. read more

When my wife and I arrived, we were the only ones in the store. Carol was very friendly and greeted up immediately. Like they say, no pressure to buy. The store is arranged mainly by mattress design and price with the most expensive being closer to Carol's workdesk. My wife and I tried all of the ones which were firm without memory foam. We did find some which were very reasonably priced. At the end of discussion, I really wanted one I could take home in my Honda CR-V. That means it would need to roll up. We narrowed it down to the Mlily Energize & Gel. What we learned is that it did have memory, but was also firm and had very good reviews. While the price wasn't crazy low, it was competitive. That night we had a mattress we liked and so far we're really enjoying a very comfortable sleep. Carol was very friendly and explained they're now called No Bull Mattress. I think they have changed their name to "No Bull Mattresses" or something like that. Whatever the name-Absolutely the best mattress buying experience!! Service is amazing and a fabulous selection of styles and firmness. We purchased queen mattress and foundation on a Thursday, and it was delivered Saturday, on time as promised. We opted for the removal of our old set and just had them bring the new set up the stairs. I see in other reviews that there were delivery issues-we had none. They do have free delivery, but they do charge a small fee to unwrap and take it up to the second floor. We went into Wholesale Mattress Warehouse based on the reviews we read on yelp and also google+. Purchased a Miralux queen size pillow top mattress. Delivery was scheduled for Tuesday and was free (for up to 15 miles). Everything was smooth up to this point. There was no sales push, no frills - which we appreciated. The owner was aware that a review was pending service. Now, one of the major advertising points of Wholesale Mattress Warehouse (both on their website and in store) was that if you ever find a deal better than the one you received at the store for the same mattress or even one that was comparable, they give a 200% cash back guarantee of the price difference. In fact, they actually encourage their customers to shop around AFTER having bought a mattress from them. Having paid for the mattress, we then went home and I, wanting to know more about the mattress we purchased, went online to read about Miralux. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that a mattress store in Philly (which had an online presence) was offering the same mattress for less than the price that we purchased it for at Wholesale Mattress Warehouse. We called the Philly store and they said that they would match/honor their online pricing if we printed out the product page with pricing and brought it to their store. Their online website also offers free in-store pick up. So the first thing I did next day was go to Wholesale Mattress Warehouse to let them know of this discovery and inquire about their 200% cash back price difference guarantee. The person who was assisting us went to the website we had seen at home and confirmed that it seems that we were right. She tried to get in contact with the owner to request permission to issue the credit, but was not able to reach her. We decided to wait back to hear from the owner, and were told they will be calling us to follow up. Shortly after, we got a call back and was informed that the owner was upset about the price difference and that they would credit the 200% cost difference, but delivery was no longer offered (this was fine with us as we owned a truck and could transport the mattress ourselves). We had a choice then to (1) either cancel the order or (2) receive the 200% cost difference with no delivery. After talking it through with my husband, we decided to cancel for the reasons below: - Despite acknowledging the legitimacy of our discovery, we felt that the owner was reluctant to credit the 200% cost difference although it was a major selling point in their advertisement if such an occasion were ever to arise. Our cancellation meant that the company would not lose extraneous money (as the guarantee was 200%). - We felt that it was unprofessional to have the customer feel the frustration that such a discovery was made (the fact that another company was able to offer the mattress at a lower cost). If anything, this feeling should have been reserved for discussion among members of the company and not its patrons/customers. So...do price shop around, particularly if you are in the South Jersey area and looking purchase a Miralux brand. The prices at Wholesale Mattress Warehouse ARE reasonable especially in light of the cost bigger chain stores charge, but there are places out there that may charge less based on what you may be purchasing. The 3-star rating is primarily influenced by the way they handled the situation in letting the customer "feel"/be aware of the "upset" conditions felt by the company on a guarantee that is strongly marketed in their stores and on their website. I do want add that the person assisting us was apologetic. She was merely relaying what the owner was expressing should be communicated to us. read more

After searching all over South Jersey for a twin-XL bed for my college apartment my Dad and I decided to try one last place. We went everywhere from Sleepy's to The Dump and they all offered us twin-XL beds for the same price as a Queen sized bed ($600+) As we walked into Wholesale Mattress Warehouse we were warmly greeted and not bombarded like we previously were at other mattress stores. The prices were excellent and half of what we were expecting to pay. I found a mattress that I liked and the owner said that she would try to track one down in the unusual size that I required. When the mattress I originally chose was not available the owner called around and found a similar one in the size I needed and we had the bed within a week! Carol and Julie we're phenomenal. Loved them and the prices. Follow up calls prior to delivery were spot on. So I give them 5 stars for that. Delivery is another story. I live in a condo. It's 5 steps to a locked common door. Once open common door which is on a landing, then you can see my door and it's 5 steps into the door. So it's not a true flight of stairs to a second story that's 12-15 steps all at once. It's more of an entry way. So when the guy came to deliver he stopped at the common door and said "sorry we don't do stairs". Needless to say was pretty unprofessional. No option for discussing. I had a tip ready for him but no way now. What ever happened to good old "customer service". It's a shame cause Carol and Julie were so nice but left a sour taste in my mouth so probably won't go back or recommend. If you don't need delivery then go see. If you need delivery I would go elsewhere. read more

I stopped in today to buy an affordable mattress and box set after needing one right away. The prices are pretty straightforward and there is a mattress for every budget. Since I still live at home, but don't plan to be there for much longer, I wanted something comfortable, yet affordable. No gimmicks, no haggling salesmen trying to get you to buy the more expensive option. I would give it five stars, but I'd like to wait to see how delivery goes this coming Thursday. I shopped here and purchased a 11 and a half inch pillow top queen bed. it is very comfortable, it does what I needed to do and the lady that was selling that was very very nice. the prices are unbeatable I would highly recommend. Bought a MLily Energize mattress from Wholesale Mattress Warehouse about 3 months ago and couldn't be happier. After a 1 week break-in period on this hybrid mattress we've had nothing but sweet dreams and happy backs. Also, couldn't be happier with the customer service. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! My fiancée and I were in the process of buying our first home and decided that we were due for some new furniture and mattress. After a glowing referral from a co-worker, I decided to check this place out before I went anywhere else. Not only did I find the exact mattress I wanted, but I purchased it for about $300 less than I had expected to spend plus free delivery. Our closing had been pushed back several times. Each time I called to reschedule the delivery, the owner was super gracious and understanding! Which definitely was NOT the case with the furniture and appliances we had purchased from Bob's Discount Furniture and Sears. We got the delivery the same day we moved in, right on time, and they put the mattress right in our new bedroom! All of our other deliveries showed up a week late and damaged, or not at all! Very pleased with mattress purchase and delivery. I purchased a queen mattress, box spring, & frame. Extremely reasonable prices and no up sell. I paid a extra for take away and full set up as that's what worked best for me. Delivery man was fast and neat and even offered to vacuum after he removed old bedding. I told him I would take care of that and he gave the time with no rush. Even helped me put on bed skirt before putting mattress on top of box spring. I was greeted warmly when I walked in and asked if I needed help, then the woman (I believe she said her family owned it) kind of left me to shop around which I appreciated. I bought a queen size mattress here about a month ago. I found the perfect mattress in about ten minutes . I did not feel pressured by pushy sales assistants like you do when you go to sleepy's, Ashley's furniture, or Macy's.
