Much to my surprise as this is not a large store, I found lovely fabric and some of it was outdoor quality. I brought two different materials that complemented each other. I had a total of 10 cushions covered (one was 75" by 34") and 4 small pillow covers made. I was very pleased with the quality and service! If I need fabric this shop will be my first stop!

Parking for the shop is rough even when I was there at 10:30am so you'll probably have to park far or you can take mass transit so you won't have to worry about parking. As I entered the compact store it was luckily empty (I hate crowded stores). I wasn't greeted or anything which was odd but, I found Angel near the back end corner of the store too busy with something else and didn't pay me any mind. I doubt he even knew I was there until I asked him where cotton-spandex fabric would be. So the customer service was lacking. A great thing was there was A LOT of fabric to choose from, but I do wish he would take some time to label and organize the fabrics. It will not only be easier to look for certain fabrics but will look a lot more cleaner and professional! The prices were so/so and I ended up finding a thicker black wool-spandex fabric for 15 bucks a yard because I couldn't find what I wanted, 2 spools of black thread, and 2 zippers. In the end, I would say I'll go back because of a good and diverse selection but a little organization goes a long way! I'm sure next time I'll find some great fabrics.

Attached to the fabulous Tops restaurant supply store which has a great selection of plates, glassware, pots, pans and more industrial items. My one complaint is that they aren't open late. I purchased an item on June 3rd for $14.99, and it literally fell apart after just one day of use…read more When I attempted to return it on June14th, in line with the store's 14‑day return policy, I was flatly told that I should have returned it the next day it broke. I asked, "So if it fails on day 11, that's okay?" but received no satisfactory answer. They also insisted, "This is a cheap store - items could break like that," and declared the item non‑refundable, refusing even a store credit. I expressed my disappointment, but was told there was nothing they could do. I stand by their 14‑day return policy and feel this was a clear case of a defective product - one not designed to last - not a matter of changing my mind. Getting no refund or credit after just one day of use is unacceptable. I won't be using their services again, and caution others to think twice before purchasing from this store.
