Scallion Cream Cheese Bagel with bacon

I would say the cashier was extremely friendly and they have great drink options. The scallion cream cheese was actually very good;however, for the price the bagel should adhere to NYC standards aka dripping in cream cheese on BOTH sides and getting $3 worth of bacon. RESPECT THE SCHMEAR!

Plain bagel with bacon Bacon, and Cream cheese

Service was good, Cream cheese taste good but why a $8 sandwich SKIMPING on the cheese and meat? 2 pieces of bacon? and yall want $3 more for extra bacon. Sorry $3 is not worth another 2 pieces. And i got a mcdonald size piece of sausage. 1/2 my sausage egg and cheese is just EGG. CHEAP PORTIONS! gentrification is wild fr!

Fairly new to the area and stumbled across this coffee shop on a rainy summer morning. At first was looking to get away from the rain but as soon as I stepped inside was intrigued by the ambiance and the menu so decided to get some breakfast. The pastrami, egg and cheddar was super filling and flavorful, haven't had anything like it before. Will definitely be back.

This is my second time coming here and they're a great spot for a quick cup of coffee. They currently have outdoor seating and a table by the window. There's also WiFi if you want to work from home. I usually get a dirty chai with oat milk. They also have a good selection of breakfast sandwiches. I ordered the sausage egg and cheese and it was pretty good. Service is also great. Stop by if you're in Bushwick

Quick stop for some brekky on the go. The cold brew iced coffee was fabulous. Served plain, fixings are on the side to do it yourself. Great selection of organic juices, waters, and other drinks. I ordered an bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, side of cream cheese. I was then informed they do not do any "sides" of anything. I opted to get cream cheese on the bagel with everything else. It was decently good.

~BASED ON DELIVERY ONLY~ I didn't have a great experience with BB the last time I ordered but wanted to give it another chance because they were so good in the beginning. I ordered a tuna melt and understandably, the sandwich was cold when I received it. However, the cheese wasn't melted AT ALL . You could see the thick individual slices of cheese just by looking at it and the bread itself had been barely toasted on one side and the other side was white, so this tuna melt was essentially cold tuna with cold cheese slapped on it that was "toasted" for two seconds and packaged. For the price, it was completely not worth it and made me wish I'd had gone to the store and bought the items myself, since that would've been a better experience. Unfortunately, this is the last time I will be ordering.

Soggy Ruben.

I ordered through the Yelp app for delivery this morning. It was delivered through GrubHub. I had no issue with the delivery, but I did have an issue with the food. I ordered a Reuben sandwich. It was soggy and completely gross. The meat on the sandwich was rubbery and I'm pretty sure the worst I've ever experienced in my entire life of eating Reuben sandwiches. I really can't comprehend giving this place a five star rating. If you can't do a simple Reuben sandwich correctly, how could you possibly manage to do anything else correctly?

Okay, yes, I'm that girl taking a picture of her latte aaaand you can only see the cup. But hear me out!

After ordering, you need to wait 15 minutes before your sandwich is out - at least there's a lot of searing inside so you can definitely enjoy your sandwich inside!! Got the two most popular sandwiches - dill party and chicky. - dill party (4.5/5): this sandwich was almost perfect - the only thing it was missing was the crunch factor. The bread could have been slightly more toasted (it was a bit soft and didn't have a crunch), there could have been more pickled, or the addition of chips in the sandwich, but other than that, the ingredients of the sandwich were so fresh and the turkey was perfect - not dry at all, not too much as it may seem - chicky (4.5/5): this sandwich was a bit heavier. the bread was cooked a bit better but could have been a bit more toasted, but the chicken meatball - holy moly this was perfect. it was so soft and juicy and full of flavor Overall, this sandwich spot is definitely worth the trek and visit to try it out. the only thing that would make it 5 stars is just slightly more toasted sandwiches :)

As far as the dining area- The restaurant was spacious, composed of neatly lined tables and chairs with their centerpiece luncheonette bar gracing the room. Their al fresco arrangement was remarkable- with their lighter hued blue and green colored metallic seats and tables quietly lining the corner of Menahan street. A softboi haven. I imagined this to be a type of restaurant where a newlywed Mormon couple in the Great Plains would run. A place where pleasantries and support for one's neighbor is what mattered. "Another delicious sandwich, Hezekiah. See you guys in church." but truthfully, I felt a bit sour overriding my preference for the reliable in favor for the novel. A half chicken over yellow rice with plantains might have been the better option for my pocket, palate, and my need to protein max. But woe is me. Regardless, I'll have to respectfully pass on seconds at the Salty Lunch Lady's.

I enter the premises and is immediately welcomed by the attitude of the female cashier. I genuinely felt bad for the kind man she was speaking to cause all he wanted was his order that didn't go through because their WiFi was down. Moving on I go to order the tomato soup I hungrily drove miles for to find out they are out. I was slightly disappointed but what pushed me to the brink was the woman's venomous comment after about not knowing when they were going to get soup. I'm sorry? I just wanted to know... Furthermore she proceeds to blankly stare at me as if I just cursed her entire existence in Latin. I wish I was able to acquire my order as they seemed not only to be out of soup but pretty much everything. No hate to the establishment itself but we need to do better.

Seriously it's like walking back into the 90s in Ridgewood. I'm not gonna lie, I had high expectations for being a bespoke southern breakfast sandwich shop because I like my morning flavors savory. They had some fun ideas like a cheese something biscuit whatever but I wouldn't know cause they gave me the wrong sandwich. It was busy so I didn't bother mentioning it... but this place always seemed busy, so maybe they should be used to it? Anywho, I ended up with two of their classic BEC and it was pretty standard and kind of a letdown for Southern. Make sure you order it on the cheddar and chive biscuit as well, and I must say that they definitely make one of the best chive and cheddar biscuits that I've ever had! They also make a MEAN bundt cake that I forgot to take a pic of. My ONLY hiccup with them is their wait time. Called in my order 20 minutes before I arrived and still waited an additional 30 minutes once I got there smh.... But don't worry I'll be back lol Ambiance is like a local coffee shop. If there were a footrest bar at the bottom it might've helped, but as it was, my butt was not fitting on that seat. I basically had one foot on the floor and one on my friend's chair just to keep myself from sliding off. Graceful! We ordered two espresso martinis and a slice of tiramisu. Both were absolutely lovely and the perfect way to end the night. The staff were friendly, fast, and really on top of things. Next time I'd definitely come for a table, and maybe a proper meal, because the dishes coming out of the kitchen looked divine. My only gripe? Seventeen dollars for an espresso martini feels... ambitious for Ridgewood. It's not like this is some high-end cocktail bar, it's an elevated pizzeria. I'm not sure I'd come back specifically for the drinks, but I'd absolutely come back for the food and the service. I took home a second piece of that tiramisu. It was so delicious!

I came here my first time visit in May 2021 and there were few items on the menu, that are Italian sandwich and there were little or no choices for breakfast, and the breakfast hours had no limit, until this year 2023, as I ate her "breakfast" ham, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich at 5 in the afternoon. And also, that was how she ran out of ingredients for breakfast sandwich, which now in 2023 limited the sales of breakfast sandwiches to opening time thru 2 in the afternoon. Also, until I had my promotion on my part time job which started in February 2023, I stopped going to this place due to the rising prices inflation and went someplace else where is cheaper. So I can get used to the expenses, and therefore as I expected, it definitely will be nice if this store can innovate to sell more various types of Italian food imported from anywhere of European country- not only from Italy.
