Fyi, I only occasionally buy from this type of business (last time I bought 3 mattresses sofa recliners dressers and headboards) & spent $8k. This time I was only looking for quality outdoor patio furniture. They had a small selection in the waaay back. Prices were sort of high, but what isn't these days? So I won't review on that, but there was just a lot of the same old stuff in the same old colors. Idea: if you want more shoppers, please carry a few pieces with unique colors &or styles. On November 22, 2025, I filed a claim for a ripped flip-down table. Since then, I have experienced a series of administrative failures and misinformation: - Initial Delay: A technician did not visit until December 9, 2025. - Misleading Information: Despite being told in December that a replacement part was ordered, I discovered through the portal that the order was not actually placed until January 9, 2026--the same day I called to follow up. - Incorrect Part: After waiting until March 3, 2026, for delivery, the part received was incorrect. - Communication Failure: I have submitted photos of the incorrect part via the portal per Bobs request and responded to their specific email requests three separate times. Despite this, I was told that my claim is being restarted due to a perceived "lack of response" on my part. I have spent hours on the phone attempting to resolve this, only to be redirected to generic email addresses that clearly do not track my submissions even while I was on the phone with the agent. March 19, 2026 - Starting this process over after four months of waiting is unacceptable. As of this posting, I am waiting for the 2nd tech appt that is to occur today, thus starting the process over after 4 months of no resolution.

Given my shoulder pain and my wife's hip and back pain, they both recommended the AS5 which is 1 of 5 of Amerisleep's mattresses that the offer. The AS5 is the softest of the group which made me a bit nervous but with their 100 night sleep guarantee, we decided to go with it. We also purchased a mattress pad and two of their pillows. Everything is shipped direct for free which is a nice perk. My only negative comment about the experience is that shipping took a bit longer than expected, arriving about 2-3 weeks after purchase however it was well worth the wait. The first couple nights took some getting used to (as their website does indicate) but since then, I've slept better than I have in YEARS. So far, our aches and pains have been well supported by the AS5 and I don't anticipate having to use that 100 night guarantee. We're incredibly happy with our purchase - thanks Amerisleep!

I went in to buy a twin bed and frame and told the salesman exactly what I wanted. He immediately responded "you don't want that one" and tried to upsell me. I politely asked to proceed with the lower priced mattress. I inquired about the price of the stand and he said $99. When I went to pay he said it was $130 and refused to honor the price that he had quoted. At the same time he again tried to upsell me by telling me I was buying a cheap mattress. Why would this rude person first be so aggressive, and then trash talk their own product? I still went ahead and decided to pay and just get it delivered. I gave them $340 in cash and he, as well as the other person in the store, said they had no change - which would have been about $8. I asked either of the two people if they had a five dollar bill and that I would accept that as change. They also could have walked to any of the next door stores and gotten some change. Just lazy people it seemed. I told them I was cancelling the order and asked for the manager's name. That is when both people in the store verbally jumped in my case. One guy, who was doing nothing the entire time, said he would cover for the other guy - who had lied to me and given me a fake price for the bed stand. I stated to both of them, well, so now you are both going to lie? I went down the street and purchased my mattress and stand for the same price from a competitor. The other store even arranged for immediate delivery - the salesman brought the mattress over in his pick-up. I gladly thanked him for his help and tipped him for being so kind. There is no reason I will ever set foot in the Ina Road Mattress Firm store again.

He took the time to talk us through the options of the model she finally settled on and was very patient and articulated well when he realized my mother was hard of hearing. The chairs were on the pricier side, but we caught a sale which basically covered the delivery fee for the purchase (it is being sent to Rio Rico). They will set it up for her and he took the time to show her how to use the complimentary cleaning kit. Well worth the investment for such wonderful customer service. They have a ton of really great pieces and I will be back next time I need a new piece of furniture for my home!
