Ebi is a real find! He not only does excellent work, but he works fast, his prices are fair, and he clearly explains what the work will involve. If that weren't enough, he is very knowledgeable and personable, too. I had two beautiful oriental rugs that had sustained damage. One was a 10" x 7.5" silk and wool blend that needed a professional wash and new binding repair on all sides. The other was a hand-woven rug from Rajastan that was extremely dirty, worn and frayed. I didn't think it could be restored. He just brought back my rugs today and I'm over the moon with the results. They look like they're brand new! I couldn't be happier with his work. I brought my Persian rug to Ebie's Rug Cache to be cleaned and repaired and they did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. The rug looks perfect with no running or impact to the design. They also fixed the tassels that were unraveling or completely off. My rug looks like new now. Everyone in the shop was friendly and professional and the shop is easy to find with parking at the back. I wasn't in the market for a new rug but they had loads of all sizes and colors. We have used Ebies's Rug Cache in the past to clean our oriental rugs and utilized their services again this month. As always, the results were outstanding. Beyond the terrific cleaning job Ebie repaired the fringe to the rugs to make them look brand new. As an aside, when the rugs were delivered back to our house one of the pads was inadvertently left in the garage. Ebie called that afternoon, apologized for the small mistake and immediately arranged to come back out and install the pad under the large rug. We will only use Ebie in the future. read more

The color rug we wanted was not easy to find but, after our initial visit to Ebie's Rug Cache, and sending Ebie pictures of our living room/dining room, we went back and they showed us the perfect rug. I brought Ebie a Bedouin runner that had significant damage along one edge and in towards the middle a bit. He explained two options to repair the rug; I opted for the restoration repair because I just love that rug. The results far exceeded my hopes! Only by looking very closely can you tell where it's been restored. The color matching is perfect as is the reweave, and now I have my favorite runner back. Bought some beautiful rugs from Ebie a few years back and they have held up wonderfully. Just had him come and clean them all for me. He came with an assistant, I didn't have to move anything, he collected the rugs, put the pads in an inconspicuous location and returned with rugs that looked brand new in only 2 weeks as promised. We have a large Oriental rug in our living room. A visiting dog tore two large, ragged holes out of the edge of the rug. We called Ebie, hoping the holes could at least be patched, and the torn edge of the rug turned to the wall. When the rug was returned, the pattern and edging had been reproduced so perfectly we could not tell where the holes had been. A miracle! read more

I wrote a review two days ago and I cannot remove it. Ebies did a fantastic job cleaning my rug and used an enzyme to clean the rug which had dog urine on it. Ebie's got the rug totally clean and looks beautiful. However, you need to have all the items regarding cleaning explained to you and broken down so you are not sticker shocked when you pay. read more
