This place is really good for spicy Cajun style burger, fries, and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese we ordered came with truffle and short rib. Very well flavored and the short rib was particularly delicious. The Williamsburg burger comes with caramelized onions, cheddar, and bacon and the quality of the meat is top notch. It comes with a choice of regular or Cajun fries. We tried the Cajun and thought they were really good! We also got an order of Parmesan garlic chicken wings which we weren't big fans of because they were too fried and greasy but wings fans would probably like them (to be candid, the only wings I really enjoy are Anthony's Coal Fire Pizza wings which are more grilled so it might be me). We ordered the crispy corn nuggets, the Brooklyn Classic burger, the Brooklyn Smash (single) and the traditional mac. There were like 20 crispy corn nuggets in the order and they were actually very crispy .. not a soggy one in the order. It came with a dijon horseradish dipping sauce which had a nice kick to it. My son had the Brooklyn Classic burger and added carmelized onions which he loved with the accompanying 'bridge sauce'. His only complaint, which really isn't a complaint when you think about it, was that the pickles on the burger were bread and butter which he usually doesn't enjoy BUT said he wouldn't have changed it because the any other pickles would have ruined the burger. He also ordered the traditional mac which he also enjoyed. I ordered a single Brooklyn Smash which came with their white bbq sauce. Our server, Devin, told us that the sauces are all made in-house. It was smooth & full bodied. We ordered a variety of food such as Buffalo Wings for the appetizer, Crispy Chicken sandwich, Chicken BLT sandwich, and the Roast Beef Dip sandwiches. The burger was below average, really had no flavor to it at all and was loaded with lettuce. The same goes for the wings, which were average at best. The wings had sauce on them but half of each wing had no sauce. You've got to get the whole wing covered in sauce. Fries with the chipotle mayo were the best part of the meal. I hate getting my hands dirty with a drippy burger The cheese fries were still crispy, even though it was doused in cheese. I can appreciate that! Usually the cheese will run out before you reach the bottom of the basket, but as you can see in the photo that the cheese is dripping out the bottom. Having been a fan of their east meadows location we decided to give their new location a try. We came in a Saturday night and were seated by the what seemed like a pleasant server.The place itself was not busy us being the maybe 3rd or 4th table there. We were given menus and after some small talk with the server we placed a drink order. We opted for the Thai wings, short rib Mac and cheese and a double smash burger which apparently doesn't come with a side. At this point it seemed like we were bothering our waitress as well. The food was dropped off and it was ok. Mac and cheese was mostly just pasta no cheese, the wings were good just lacking in peanuts. The smash burger was ok. Wasn't so much a smash burger as just a burger. Other than dropping off the food and leaving the check we never saw the server again, luckily my ice melted so I had something to drink.
