When I requested the weight of the package to submit my claim, the person I spoke with said they could not provide that information. I don't know why, it takes 3 seconds to weigh a package. Then they wanted to charge me a fee for the items that were stolen since they were included on the quote. I'm like, "dude, someone stole from me, and now you want to charge me for the items that were stolen from me?" what kind of policy is that. It was just a negative experience. Then when I shipped my items, it went to a different address than the one they provided. That made the process even longer. I should have just sold my precious metals locally and definitely learned my lesson.
