I've come here several times but waited a couple of times before posting a review. Each time that I've come here I've noticed that the pizza is a bit greasy. But again, once the pizza sits out it seems to get that way. I did do a takeout order so maybe it tastes different once you get home. Some napkins will easily take care of that problem :) I also tried their buffalo wings, which were amazing! .... I really enjoyed them! Next time I will remember to get an extra ranch. I love this place. The service is great and the food quality is amazing. This is what pizza is supposed to taste like. I like the classics so I usually just get the pepperoni pizza (If I'm feeling dangerous, I'll add beef ) But no matter how many times I get it, it is DELICIOUS!!! They don't go crazy with the tomato sauce (unless you want them to), and they always add a lot of cheese. Their wings are amazing too. A problem that I have with most pizza places is that their wings are always soggy and undercooked. Well that is not the case at BKPizza. They are perfectly cooked!!! And the best part is they even ask how you want them cooked (I choose well done). Seriously impressed. I HIGHLY recommend this place. It slaughters all other pizza chains in quality. Also, the prices are reasonable, even low I would say. If you stop by, make sure to try their pizzas, wings or calzones. All their food is excellent, but these are definitely my favorites. Oh and one last thing, their online ordering is super easy and user-friendly. I didn't have to even talk to anyone to have my pizza delivered!!! Way to go BKPizza!!! For whatever reason I'd never had the pizza from this place until last night. I had a pasta dish here a couple of years ago and it was good, but last night I ordered an extra large pepperoni on delivery and it was very, very good. The crust was crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside, the sauce was applied lightly and the yummy cheese and pepperoni applied generously, just like I like it. I just had a couple of cold slices for breakfast and it was just as good cold as it was hot. I've never been to New York, so I can't compare, but I know when pizza is good and this is good pizza. When it's time for pizza in Humble, this will be my place from now on. Give it a try. read more

I was craving NY pizza and decided to give this place a shot. I ordered a med pepperoni pie and when i got the pizza it didnt look like NY pizza. It llooked like and tasted like frozen pizza. Hubby and I just had great Friday dinner here. Chicken Parmigiana dinner cooked nicely-sauce has good flavor but isn't overly spicy. I had a meatball sandwich- bread great, good sized meatballs and right amount of sauce. We shared a big antipasti salad and each had soda. Got out for $26! Not bad but not like New York. As a native New Yorker from Buffalo I know my pizza & wings. I grew up eating Buffalo wings at Anchor Bar. Houston definitely has extreme limitations when it comes to pizza & wings. Having lived in Houston for the last 16 years I have tried many "so called" New York style pizza & Buffalo wings. Having said that ... Brooklyn Pizza has won the Houston prize as the best pizza & wings. To review this is definitely the best your going to find in Houston but still comes short when compared to the real thing. Another important fact to note is the amazing cleanliness of Brooklyn Pizza. I will not be ordering from Brooklyn's again!!!! Its the worst customer service/pizza delivery i have ever seen!! When I called to make my order..I had to repeat what I wanted 5 times over the phone and gave the guy my new address to deliver to as well.. After 45 minutes of waiting for my pizza, the delivery guy called and said I wasn't home .. he went to the wrong address.. I did clarify my new address with him again and it finally got to me 1 1/2 hours later.. when me and my kids opened the boxes of pizza, 1/4 of the pizza was folded over with the cheese completely off.!! Like the pizzas were thrown around before getting to us. I called back and the original guy I talk to said.." Well sorry there is no manager working here tonight , your out of luck!".. then he said the owner will not refund my money.. so sorry! He was very rude to me! NEVER again! Place an order for pizza and wings to be delivered yesterday. The food was great and delivery service was fast. But the person whom answers the phone had Zero customers service skills. Plus when I called he had no kind of greeting representing to the establishment. If I had not read the reviews on here I would not have place and order I was have hung up. Really good food. I'll be honest they have a pretty tasty pizza. Unfortunately they lost my patronage when I had an issue and the woman that was speaking to me was rude and difficult to deal with. I've been passing by here for years and yesterday I was finally able to try the pizza at this place. I brought my dad here since he likes to try different things sometimes. I was about to order 4 single slices but the lady working there told me it would be cheaper to order a whole pizza. So I ordered a medium pizza, 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 meat lovers. We both enjoyed 3 slices each and still had 3 slices to take home. The pizza is definitely something different from all of the usual franchises. OMG! We order from this place more than we should. Hands down best pizza in Humble! Service is great. I mostly get it delivered. Expect to wait a little longer than ususal for delivery but now that I know I make sure to order way in advance. However I would wait as long as I had to to get this amazing pizza. I really wish i could give less than 1 star The food was horrible i call the restaurant and complained of course i was told they had a busy morning 11 orders and 1 driver so maybe my food was not up to par because the kitchen cooked it way faster then the driver could deliver so of course after spending 30 plus dollars i asked for the food to be replaced i was placed on hold while the owner was contacted and then told he would not replace it but would give me 50% off my next order .......excuse me next order ?? I came into Brooklyn the other night, it was about 45 minutes before closing and I placed my order so it would be ready before I got there. When i picked up my order, me and my family were about to sit down and eat, mind you, there was still 30 mins until closing, and the girl so rudely told me "You're not planning on eating here right?
