BYO 10" Pizza - Buffalo Sauce, 5 Different Cheeses, Chicken, Bacon, Cilantro and Scallions.

I wanted to give crust a high rating soo bad but I've tried majority of the menu items but haven't loved an item yet. My issue with their pizza is that no matter what toppings I put on it always tastes very bland. I originally thought it was because they barely put any sauce on all the pizzas i've ordered but on today's visit I asked for extra sauce and I still couldn't taste anything. I've tried the alfredo, red sauce and buffalo base and each time it's been lacking in flavor and salt. I can say that the variety of cheese on top of the pizzas I've ordered tastes pretty good and I do like their crust but some flavor/seasoning would go a long way with their food. It's lacking in authenticity. The pizza is edible but I believe there are better options elsewhere. I'd still suggest giving them a try as you may find something you like but I wouldn't recommend. Apart from the food, the service and environment is very warm and welcoming so that's always good!

I'm so glad Crust Pizza opened right next to my daughter's school, it's super convenient, and both of my daughters love pizza, so it's become a new favorite for us! We've visited a few times now, and every experience has been great. The first time we came was on a Tuesday, and to my surprise, both of my daughters ate free--turns out kids eat free on Tuesdays, which is such a nice bonus for families! We came back today (a Wednesday), and while the kids didn't eat free this time, they still enjoyed every bite. And for the adults--50% off wine by the glass and bottle on Wednesdays is definitely a win for me! The service is always friendly and fast, and the food is amazing. The pizza really stands out, especially the crust, it's so buttery, flavorful, and truly lives up to the name. I definitely understand why it's called Crust! We'll absolutely be back again soon. Great food, great service, and great deals. Highly recommend! PS: Celia is amazing!!

Y'all! I forgot to tell y'all KIDS EAT FREE every Tuesday! So worth it. I was recently able to feed a family of 8-9 for $65, granted I know you could probably get $5 pizzas elsewhere, I was able to get adult sized chicken Alfredo's, salads, stuffed crust pizzas, and several kids meals and drinks! The quality was good and the staff was very accommodating! My family of 6 have taken advantage of the offer a few times as well!

Delicious pizza! The Lunch Special is great. You can get a 7 inch pizza, salad & fountain drink for $12. I'm gluten-free and their cauliflower crust is tasty. Try my favorite combo of basil, tomato & pineapple. So good. The manager at the Summerwood store is the best!

10/10!!!!! The service was fantastic, we came in about 9:11, food came out and we were out by 9:45. The food was delicious, we are definitely coming back again. I was so impressed with how clean and great the food tasted. Our first time here and we were greeted and the special was suggested.

    Undercooked pizza

I tried, but this will be my last order! My husband and I both order the extra crispy cauliflower crust. For our first several orders everything was perfect. Then came the inconsistencies. One order would be fine and the next was extremely undercooked. Well, tonight was the final straw. Other than the edges being cooked, the rest of the crust was mush! I had to pry it out of the carton due to the dough being so raw it stuck to the cardboard! I then had to eat it with a fork because it was too limp to eat any other way! I have included pictures!

We had the order put in ahead of time and it was ready on time. The space is smaller but I think its designed to be that way. More so a spot to pickup and if need be theres a few tables in and outside to eat at. We ordered the pig and chicken pizza along with the truffled mushroom bruschetta. Both 10/10. The buschetta by itself can be an order. Good lord it was so good. Nutty, mushroom, cheesy crispy but not dry bread. Im a big toppings make the pizza guy. Perfect crust. I asked for it to be cooked a bit longer because i like really crispy edges. Good bread to topping ratio. You can tell the toppings arent just run of the mill stuff you put on top. The pizza was flavorful, the ricotta was creamy and gave a good cut through with the fatty meats on the pizza. Wonderful job talespin. I need to come back for the breakfast for dinner pizza.

Great char on the bottom, light crust, cupped pepperoni and sauce/cheese were good. The pizza looks amazing when you get it, presentation is 10/10. I bet if I would have customized it without ricotta, it would have been a lot better. Inside the stores decor is cool; skateboarding theme and I bet a lot of items are great on the menu. I wouldn't knock it and I will forsure come back.

    - Houston flavor with attitude…read more Gypsy Poet is one of those Houston spots where the pizza shows up acting like it's the headliner, and the drinks roll in like they're trying to renegotiate their contract. They're known for their artisanal, wood‑fired Neapolitan‑style pizzas and whimsical, eclectic atmosphere, and somehow they pull it off without feeling forced or theatrical. The dough has that confident chew -- not floppy, not stiff, just right. The toppings taste intentional, like someone actually sat down and said, "We're not doing mediocre today." Every slice feels like it's trying to impress you, and honestly, it does. Gypsy Poet's drink lineup is way stronger than you expect from a pizza parlor. The lemonade snaps -- bright, sharp, and ready to wake your whole brain up. The sangria is cold, fruity, and dangerously smooth -- the kind of drink that convinces you you're the funniest person in the building. The beer and wine selection stays reliable and unfussy, perfect for when you want flavor without theatrics. The atmosphere leans whimsical and eclectic, but not in a way that tries too hard. It feels like a creative studio that decided pizza was a better use of its time. Art everywhere, people everywhere, energy everywhere. Students, creatives, downtown workers, and that one person who looks like they're writing a screenplay about the place -- all in the mix without stepping on each other's vibe. It's lively, expressive, and very Houston in that "we're doing our own thing" way.
