I was frustrated as the coaches teach to the lowest level. Sometimes couldn't get a rally going with fellow players. Didn't work up a sweat. I sent email after email to Adam and Helen (whonis now gone) left phone messages asking if I could switch to a different group. Get a credit and do private instead. Maybe send my kids to a program and withdraw from the one that was getting me nowhere. Any compromise would have been welcome. But, no reply. Ever. After the classes began, we realized that the child was put on a lower level without informing us, without conducting an evaluation. In response to my request for a refund, the management wrote back saying that this is not possible in accordance with the club's policy.

Understaffed and overwhelmed because people leave due to this horrible and unrealistic job. Camp director's sit in their office all day and eat. Wouldn't be able to sit down even in the blistering heat, while the directors rode around on sun covered golf carts making sure we didn't sit down. Made us stay past contract times and withheld our checks until we packed up.
