After the classes began, we realized that the child was put on a lower level without informing us, without conducting an evaluation. Explaining this by the fact that there is simply no place for our child. In response to my request for a refund, the management wrote back saying that this is not possible in accordance with the club's policy.

Understaffed and overwhelmed because people leave due to this horrible and unrealistic job. Camp director's sit in their office all day and eat. Wouldn't be able to sit down even in the blistering heat, while the directors rode around on sun covered golf carts making sure we didn't sit down. Made us stay past contract times and withheld our checks until we packed up.

Like many others, I spend my summers playing outdoors at a local club...and then turn to Rye Racquet for winter tennis access, which is why I do Cardio Tennis. It's great cross-training to all my running and a great workout. The pros always keep it fun and music helps keep me moving. In general, I can't say enough good things about the club. Beside Cardio Tennis, I have played in numerous Adult Ed programs at night. They have an incredible array of talented pro's and the facility is well-maintained...and the courts well lit, not to mention the willingness of staff to accommodate missed sessions.
