I love brooknelle! I have a 6 year old beagle named Maggie and she loves it there! I am out of town most weekends and I always bring her there. The staff is amazing. And most days I can bring her in without having to schedule an appointment! I highly recommend!

Left alone for a couple of hours and she had scratched it left her raw. Still healing 3 weeks later

Tried Brooknelle as a suggestion from a neighbor. They did an awesome job with our GoldenDoodle. Fair price. They were very accommodating.

The staff was always so incredibly understanding and empathetic to his situation and made every accommodation for him to feel safe. We really appreciated the text message and photo check ins to know how he was doing. As nervous owners it really helped reassure us he was in a safe loving situation. The penthouse option allowed the staff to be completely hands off but still give him the freedom to be inside or outside as needed. Although we had to say goodbye to Odin we will continue to take any future pets to whiskers, they truly care so much about each animal that comes through the door!

Staff was friendly, kept us up to date on how our boy was doing. It was our first time leaving him since we adopted our dog. So the small updates helped ease our mind. I believe our boy was feeling sad towards the end of our vacation and wasn't eating much just days before we arrived home. Again the staff was amazing , kept us up to date, worked with us to help Bruno eat and lift his spirits. The grooming part, we are very happy with. Bruno came from a troubled past, sadly he was mistreated and he suffers from anxiety and has a fear of nail trimming and baths. But thankfully we found someone who is very patient, kind and Bruno responds very well with. He's a very affectionate dog and soaks up all the love and attention he gets when he goes in for his grooming

We were kept up-to-date with texts and pictures throughout his stay. Although nobody wants to bring their animal to a hospital, I am so thankful our big boy is still here with us. Paperwork sent at discharge was super detailed & helpful in caring for him at home. We just brought him home yesterday, but we are so thankful to the staff and doctors at AEH!

It was just a little bit after they lifted the Covid restrictions. However, this hospital had not lifted the restrictions yet, which forced me to give them my baby at the door. I was delivering campers at that time, so my roommate/bestie took care of everything at home for me. I left out that day. They called me and said, "We have the seizures under control. However, we'd like to keep him overnight for observation. In order to do that, we would need $2k today." I called my bf and she gave them $1k. After a little bit they called again, "We can't stop the seizures and we recommend euthanizing him, if you can't afford it!" I added my hubby to the call, he's an otr truck driver, and they told him the same thing. I told them to give us few, to let us talk it over, and I would give them a call back. We decided to have my bestie go get him. That way, WE know, that we'd done EVERYTHING we could. That was 4 1/2 years ago!! They told us to euthanize our baby!! I will tell EVERYONE/ANYONE "DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE!" As you can CLEARLY see, he's happy and his seizures are controlled by medication from Whitehall Vet Practice. This Animal Emergency Hospital NEVER listened when I specifically told them "He has never been separated from us! He has a Mommy & Daddy and he has a Mommy & Papa. He's been with us since he was 9 weeks old and he's been with us or his other parents! He doesn't even get left home alone! He was TERRIFIED! He was shaking uncontrollably! They were SO money hungry that they didn't care!
