There was pressure to stop going to my own medical group and push push push to go to their doctors and chiropractors. The big decision maker to fire this firm occurred during a nasty rude call by Linka in respects to my primary recommending a treatment I needed badly during my first visit with him. This firms medical manager Linka was nasty she literally verbally attacked me saying "why are you getting injections" she was insisting an injection is $20,000 versus an office visit with their doctor is $1000. She must think I'm real gullible to believe that BS. The other manager handling the auto side talks so fast and impersonal you feel like you're in a drive through service. When I voiced my concerns via email to the attorney Mr Shirvanian requesting a date to talk by phone about these encounters and my concern about the agreement we had that I will go to my own medical group- he simply never responded. Luckily it had only been 3 1/2 days and I made the wise decision to fire them. They also couldn't get info as to whether or not the person that hit us had insurance. I waited 72 hours shortly before placing them on notice to get a random email saying "your insurance will cover car rental". Failing to inform us did the other party have insurance. A very important piece of info. So unprofessional. I cannot share my accident story at this time. We are under representation now by a local firm that is well know with an excellent track record. Find a lawyer who actually cares a little bit about you, not just how much money can they get from you. For somebody who has been in the business as long as she has. I was told by my friend that I may sue Mazda to make it repurchase it and refund my money to me. Then I reached out to several lemon law lawyers on Yelp. Because I'm gonna leave CA after 8 months, I wanted Mazda purchased my car back as soon as possible. However, almost all lemon law lawyers told me that it's gonna take about 6 months or more to reach a settlement. Only Mr. McGee told me that it can be done within 3 months. Admittedly, I was not so sure that he could get this done this soon. But it did happen in the end! I signed the contract with Mr. McGee on 11/17/2022. He and sent me the repurchase agreement with Mazda to sign on 1/24/2023. Now I've already returned the car to Mazda and received the check from Mazda, the amount of money is basically how much I paid to buy the car in the first place. During the legal process, the only things I did is providing Mr. McGee with the documents he needed, which is not many. He's been very responsive to my questions all the time. In a word, if you need a lemon law attorney, you should talk to Mr. McGee first because other lemon law lawyers can't be as good as him. This is not a commercial advertisement.
