Purchased two cheaper NES games from this store and neither of them worked. Was able to get one of…read morethem working after disassembling it and deep cleaning the contacts but the second one I could not get working due to how bad the corrosion is on the contacts (see attached pics). They clearly do not test or clean their games before selling them at almost 50% over current Price Charting prices. I only purchased them as they are two games I wanted and have yet to find elsewhere in person. What's even funnier is they have a bunch of consoles setup that you can even play in the store so they clearly have the ability to test the games and just don't care. And if you're looking for Pokemon TCG products, stay away. They have sealed product at 2-3 times more expensive than current market prices. Would not recommend this store for Pokemon or retro videogames. Went to return my game today as it was my first day off work and I had the ability to go back. Walked in told the lady what happened and she cleaned it and tested it and also saw it didn't work. So she asked if I wanted a refund or an exchange. I walked around and looked at everything else and said I didn't find anything I wanted so I'll just do a refund. She said she has to have some authorization code from her boss so she texted him for it. So I proceeded to stand around for about 20 minutes or so and he never answered. She tried to call him once and he didn't answer either. So after about 20 minutes of awkwardly standing there waiting, she proceeded to tell me she can't do anything because I was outside of the return period by 1 day. They have a 3 day return policy and I had work the past 3 days. Tried to explain this to the lady and she didn't care. What a joke of a place. They don't test their games, they have the worst return policy, and clearly don't care about their customers. If you're looking for retro games, go to Savannah Lion Games or Planet Fun. Stay far away from this place.
