I've come to this store many times and have been able to find some great sales. These are clothes great for work or any occasion you need to be a little more formal. I would say more than half the store is men's clothing so my husband has even better finds than I do, but I've had success as well. The store is always clean and everything nicely folded and the dressing rooms are spacious. The sizing does run a little small, so I definitely recommend trying things on, but the clothing holds up and has a timeless quality. read more

Wonderful selection at great prices! We went here to buy my baby boy some clothes for school in the fall. And by baby, I mean my eighteen year old college freshman. Lol. So we go this lovely Friday afternoon and surprisingly, it's not that crowded. Yay! That's means we can play dress up with the whole store to ourselves! The sales people are nice and helpful. We managed to pick up a blazer, a pair of pants and some cute new shoes for mama for $350 (gulp!). So a little pricey but everything I've purchased here has lasted me quite a while, so I don't mind spending the extra money. As always, a lovely shopping experience. read more

This is the best Brooks Brothers out of any of the outlets or non-outlet stores that we've been to. The associates are always so friendly and helpful. They've gone out of their way to be helpful every time that we've shopped there. They also usually have great items and I've always been lucky to find great deals at this location. read more

No customer service. Walked by multiple sales people in a mostly empty store. I was trying to decide whether I should grab one or both of the clothing items I liked but I wasnt sure if they were true to size. I kept looking around for help but the staff made me feel like I didn't belong. Not even a greeting. So, rather than spend hundreds of dollars in a store that didn't make me feel welcome, I figured I could always shop online. This is why so many brick and mortar stores aren't surviving the pandemic. If you can't even get basic customer service, that's what online shopping is for. You don't get greeted there either - but at least no one looks down on you because you look ethnically different. read more

I don't normally write reviews, but what I experienced should be addressed. I went for a visit today, about to buy some polos, but the experience I received (or lack of) stopped my tracks and I walked right out. I walked into the store around 6PM 9/18 with my son, that was already sleeping. I was wearing a baseball cap, had a red t-shirt and shorts on. I was not greeted or asked about requiring any help/assistance. Didn't even look at me. I was led to believe they're thinking two things, either they are looking down on me, and wouldn't bother to ask me since I do not look like Brooks Brother material, too busy OR (hopefully not) racist. Either way, I walked right back out. They lost a customer for that store. Horrible experience. I'll buy my premium polos elsewhere. Not recommended. read more

I have shopped at this Brooks Brothers Outlet and others. I have found the staff to be extremely helpful and on my last visit I spent over $1000. Their suits, sport coats, shirts and casual wear are great values. I can afford to shop anywhere and often choose to shop here. The suits are very sharp with a fit and quality that rivals much more expensive brands. I will soon be back. read more

So I have purchased numerous items from Brooks over the years, but this store has to be the worst. There is a severe case of ageism from all of the employees, I am 18, and when I go into their store, no one even bats an eye at me, not even a half-assed hello, but as soon as someone older than 25 walks in, suddenly the employees are all over the older person. The selection is pretty limited unless you get there the first week of the seasons. The store almost never has any slim fitting shirts or pants, causing me to look and buy elsewhere, such as Ralph Lauren, and J. Crew. The past several times I have been there I was so turned off by their lack of customer service and clothing selection, I patroned better and friendlier establishments. read more

Great staff, better pricing and large selection. I went to the outlet store in Leesburg, Va and was not able to find what I wanted. Williamsburg had it. Long story short, I tried to order through Leesburg the items I wanted from Williamsburg and they (Leesburg) relayed the wrong information. Williamsburg was apologetic and fixed the issue in no time - although they had done nothing wrong and they are always busy. Great customer service and knowledgeable, friendly staff.
