I do not do trends such as wearing skinny/slim or overly loose clothing, I prefer a classic fit, consisting of (very) straight leg dress pants. Well, my numerous requests while being measured to have a suit customized my way was too much for Indochino to handle. My suit arrived tighter than I asked for, "young" as we say in my neighborhood. Getting the product altered would require another appointment, a separate type of an appointment than getting measured that isn't easy to come by, that availability can be weeks away. Bottom line: After you purchase from Indochino, you're pretty much pushed out of the door unless you're back to spend more money. Well, I won't be back. There's better value elsewhere!

Extremely disappointing experience. I'm getting married, and…read moremy brother (the best man) scheduled an appointment through the Indochino app, clearly noting it was for a wedding. When we arrived, he explained that I needed to be measured, and if time allowed, our dad and younger brother as well. He also mentioned he didn't need measuring, as he's a regular. The staff member greeted us with a blank stare -- no congratulations, no acknowledgment of the occasion, not even a basic welcome. Instead, he immediately questioned my brother about the last time he was measured, as if we were being dishonest. He told us each person would need 30-40 minutes, which we found odd since past fittings have taken about 15 minutes. When we clarified that we were updating old measurements to make sure everything was perfect for the wedding, he became argumentative. After briefly speaking with what seemed to be a manager, he returned and said they could only measure one of us -- and only if we placed an order immediately. No flexibility, no courtesy, no attempt to prioritize the groom. Just a cold, dismissive attitude. To top it off, as we were walking out, he mumbled something under his breath -- which was just the final confirmation that this location lacks professionalism and basic customer service. Avoid this location like the plague -- especially if you're preparing for an important event. There are plenty of other Indochino locations that understand how to treat their customers.

He, Issac, couldn't scan my receipt. So instead of figuring things out, he accuses me of not even buying that pillow because he cannot scan the receipt. He argues with me. And he wouldn't give me my phone back. He made me beg him to give me back my phone. I had to beg him and say please just to give me my phone back. He then goes and calls the manager. I show them my receipt on my phone. Issac is still hogging my phone. Manager has to say, "Issac give her back her phone." He kept holding on to it. He finally gives it back. Manager is smoothing over the situation, explaining that if I have to exchange the pillow maybe this pillow isn't for me. Down pillows have a smell. Instead of using my time and picking the same pillow, pick a different pillow. Manager goes, "Issac process her return." Mind you, this man doesn't argue with his manager. He treated me with such disregard and disrespect. Thank god for the manager. Thank god for the ladies working downstairs at Coach for making me feel heard and listened to. The guy working at home department did not apologize to me for his mistake.

I met with Davidson in the Short Hills NJ store. He was friendly, but at almost every step of the way said that what I was trying on looked fine, didn't suggest alternatives, etc. We successfully got the pants to work- I had them taper the leg so they would fit better. The shirt seemed big, but he told me it was fine. I ended up buying a Charles Tyrwhitt tux shirt that fits so much better- less baggy, sleeves a proper length. The jacket, when it was let out still was tight. Through it all, I was told the fit was fine, when it clearly wasn't. The associates do the fitting, not a tailor. After trying on the altered jacket, I grew tired of dealing with them. I figured that I could go to a tailor to do additional alterations. The tailor says he can do a little, but it still may be tight. Overall a frustrating experience. I felt like I was being rushed along, that there was really very little concern that the tux looked good on me. I was not told that my body was not right for their suits, that I should go custom or elsewhere. I would neither recommend or shop there again.

Like, how do you tell people it's top quality when you have a questionable business. I would NOT pay the prices they are selling for anything in there. Go elsewhere, pay wayyyy less and get it altered. You'll save way more money and know you're not supporting a bad business model. TIP: Here's my rule of thumb: look at their accessories. I took a good look at their shoes and they were bland and dull coloring. That to me, made me question how true their price was and about their suits.

The atmosphere was so high-energy and welcoming from the moment I walked in. A huge shoutout to the employees, who were incredibly sweet and helpful despite the opening day rush. It's also worth noting that the store is much larger than I expected--there is so much variety and plenty of room to browse comfortably. It is such a treat to have this new location nearby. We did come for hat shaping and some Leather essentials. I do wish they would have someone in house to do this. I do notice whenever I visit Boot Barn (all different locations) sometimes the person is off and it would be great if everyone was trained for hat services. While we weren't able to have the hats shaped, we are grateful for this service.

Although I was the only customer in the store, the two shopgirls (yes, I deliberately use "girls" because no sensible adult would act so unprofessionally) not only refused to say "hi" or welcome me, as I walked past them and smiled, they simply glared at me with utmost disdain. Don't know whether that's because, being a Saturday, I was dressed casually, or whether it's because I am a woman of color, not a size zero, or *gasp* in my 40s. Whatever the reason for their horrible attitude, it's unacceptable for any business. Their loss, though. I've spent a lot of my money over the year at nearby boutiques, one particularly because of their lovely salespeople. If this place keeps up with the unwelcoming attitude, I can't imagine it being successful, especially considering that the quality of the merchandise is relatively subpar and unremarkable.

We were warmly welcomed, and the associate asked for the date of our event so they could let us know exactly when the suit would be available for pickup. My son was measured, helped with selecting a suit, and the associate helped to perfectly coordinated the colors. You pay when you place your order, and they accept both cash and credit cards. A few days before the dance, we picked up everything he needed: the suit, shirt, bow tie, shoes, and socks (the socks are yours to keep). Everything fit him perfectly and looked amazing. Returning the suit the next day was quick and easy. The price was very reasonable, and they gladly applied an online coupon I found before we came in. I have absolutely zero complaints and will definitely use this service again. Five stars across the board!
