We knew this day was coming. Even though it didn't make it any easier my friend and his family were as ready as they could be. This facility made the process a little easier to grieve. They decided on a 2 hour viewing so everyone could say their proper goodbyes. They have a screen available to play video or pictures if you have a USB. They can also play your loved ones favorite music if you provide a playlist or a CD etc. It was nice hearing some of the music that brought us back sweet memories. The facility was clean and the staff only came out to greet everyone in the beginning and at the end to give their last condolences. Giving us our privacy. Everyone appreciated that. R.I.P. My sister found herself in an uncommon predicament of helping a close friend who passed and had no local family be laid to rest. Luis at Valles Funeral Homes was super understanding and empathetic to her unique situation. He worked with her and did his best to help her lay her friend to rest without a heavy financial burden. To say I am disappointed with my experience with Valles is an understatement. Not only did it take 24 days to receive my father's remains, but the injustice they served throughout those 24 days only added so much more to my grief. They never return calls, they don't call you AT ALL to update you, absolutely no communication . You are but dollar signs and depending how much you spend is the care you get. My family and I spent 3 weeks constantly calling to receive updates and to know what was going on with the remains. When wanting to speak to the manager, an employee falsely claimed to be it and I honestly feel they don't care at all. It took them 1 week after cremation to give me the remains, and only after I finally showed up to demand it after receiving legal counsel. When the manager met with me, she was not apologetic not even once and even called me a liar when discussing what her employees were doing/saying regarding my father. And when the employee was called over to pled his case, like a coward he stayed in the office. They only care about themselves and not you or the industry they're in. Truly Despicable to treat grieving families in this way. Cuando quería hablar con el gerente, un empleado afirmaba falsamente que era así y honestamente siento que no les importa nada. Les tomó 1 semana después de la cremación para darme los restos, y solo después de que finalmente aparecí para exigirlo después de recibir asesoramiento legal. Cuando el gerente se reunió conmigo, ella no se disculpó ni una sola vez e incluso me llamó mentirosa cuando habló sobre lo que sus empleados estaban haciendo / diciendo sobre mi padre. Y cuando el empleado fue llamado para presentar su caso, como un cobarde, se quedó en la oficina. Solo se preocupan por ellos mismos y no por ti o la industria en la que se encuentran. It is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and DISRESPECTFUL the amount of LIES this company tells grieving family members in order to get their business. From the start we were told 5-10 days for cremation. It has been over 30 day...OVER 4 WEEKS -and every day is a different lie. From "He is Next", to "some bodies take longer to burn" - OVER 4 WEEKS of an ordeal and no closure to this chapter due to their constant lies. read more

I wish I can give this place no stars, they are very insensitive, our family passed away, and they were late to let us in the room. In addition, they spelled his name wrong on the card. The staff were laughing a joking inside the office which we can hear then from the wake room. We paid for a priest to come and they told us we didn't pay. Then she checked and told us "just kidding" we see it now. The priest is late. The staff stated that he will arrive in half a hour. So unprofessional. The restroom was very dirty. No soap during covid 19. Don't waste your money here. read more

This company needs more communication between each other instead of doing there own thing. They are very unreliable and not trustworthy.
