In the last case, we purchased the cabinetry for the kitchen through the company. The company in each case served as the general contractor on the project with overall responsibility for hiring and supervising the contractors, making sure they were there when they were supposed to be and supervising the quality of the work. They hired high quality people to do the work and were very helpful in both the design of the kitchen and in working with us to control the costs. Whenever we did have a problem, either during construction or any minor issues that came up after they completed their work, they saw to it that it was quickly corrected. The only downside was a snafu with the computer inventory that incorrectly said my choice was in stock when it wasn't that caused some delay. Also, talking to Joe who has experience installing tile and is not just a salesman, really helped me avoid choosing tiles that would have been a nightmare for my contractor to install properly.

We definitely recommend Bruce and his team…read more We were searching for a tile contractor for more than a year, because (1) our bathtub wall from 1935 used non-standard size tiles and no one could source it, and (2) because most contractors said our shower stall needs a full gutting, which we were not ready for. We love our old house and wanted to preserve its charm as much as we could. Bruce was knowledgeable, respectful of our house, offered us multiple options so we are comfortable with the work. Bruce was the only one who found the tile that works. Raul took the plan to perfection. The tile work and grout repair work were seamless. He made sure that everything was leak-free and looked great. Even his demolition was quiet -- I had a remote meeting in the room across the hall and the demo noise did not interfere. He also cleaned up after their work very well.
