Every time I drive by the store I tell myself I should go in and tell them what a great job they did in 2003 when we made the old little Cape Cod into the home we wanted. The kitchen was small with a low ceiling and we wanted to use every bit of space for cabinets while also getting in a dishswasher, double wall oven, refrigerator w/draw freezer - and an island where we could work. Big box stores' solutions left unused space between cabinets - no "customizing" standard cabinets. However, Creative had a Canadian supplier who offered standard cabinets easily constructed on site at different widths, depths and beautiful drawers, including large ones in the island where I store large bowls that I use a lot in cooking. There is little sign of wear on the cabinets. We wanted white but not wood that would shrink away from the frame. Our cabinets are made of strong compressed material, shaped to look like framed cabinets and dipped in white coating. Our contractor worked well with Creative. John even came over months later when one of the pantry drawers wouldn't roll out properly. That's been the only problem we've encountered and it was a quick fix. We can't say enough about how helpful, concerned and knowledgeable John was. We had our wish list and Creative made it all happen in a relatively small space. And it's all still looking good and working well in 2024. read more

He is fair, informative and accommodating. I would like to start by saying our kitchen looks beautiful however my only suggestion for anyone using them is to get all the pricing in writing because when we received the quote for the Kitchen cabinets, it did not include the price for installation. While that was 'mentioned' we never received the break down of costs and we needed them to do much more than they figured (which was never shared with us). When confronted with this (at the end of the installation) they produced a breakdown of charges which I had never seen before otherwise I would have mentioned what else we needed. Again, the kitchen is beautiful but you really need to stay on top of them for actual pricing including labor and ask for all of this in writing prior to starting the job. read more
