Changing it to 4 stars Went to my PCP for a possible bone fracture/sprain. I was told to go get my x-ray at this location. I left my doctors office around 3 pm or so. I tried calling this location to see if they can still take me in but no one ever picked up. Yelp says they close at 5 pm so I went anyway. Turns out, they stop taking in patients after 3pm, which I thought was a little weird because i've had my x-ray taken later than that before at other imaging centers. Anyway, I wasted my time going here and now I gotta take some time off work again just to get my x rays done on a different day.

She was one of the nicest front desk person we've met so far and everything went smoothly. The machines here are the newer ones so you don't have to remove your clothing or shoes to get an MRI. Going on a Sunday morning was the best choice since the traffic was much lighter. The check in was good and easy. I needed two MRIs of the hip and the knee. The tech explained how long each MRI was going to take which was a half hour for each. When I booked the appointment through Radnet, the rep said it would be 15-20 minutes per MRI. (Please advise your reps of the correct length for each procedure.) The tech started with my hip. The camera board under me was very uncomfortable which I didn't know about. After I was done, the tech asked me if I was ready to proceed with the knee. I said "yes," but my back was hurting. He put a wedge under my other knee to help the pain, but it did not help. Then he mentioned that he could take the camera pad out from under me. This helped immensely, and then we proceeded for another half hour. I'm glad it's over with, but I would have appreciated more explanation about the camera board. Also, the booking rep should give the exact length of time for each MRI.

I've been coming here for years when I need to get my annual mammogram. The staff is always so…read morefriendly and helpful. They really care to answer any questions you may have. I love that their gowns are actually soft cloth. I know one year they switched to a harsher material but love that we're back to soft items. They provide results within days to my Dr and thank goodness, each experience is nice. They have the cutest little boutique inside too. I've bought beanies from them before and this year they had the cutest Christmas tree and ornaments for sale.

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time it's taken forever to actually get a mammogram. My appt was at 5:15 and the lady said they were running "15 minutes behind". I didn't get called in until 6:15, an hour past my appt time. That's absolutely inexcusable. They have no respect for people's time and think that it's ok to leave people waiting that long. Why even make an appt if they aren't going to honor it? Very disappointing to say the least. And like I said, this has happened to me more than once at this location. They need to get their act together and fix their scheduling issues so patients can get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. And $5.00 to park is ridiculous, by the way.
