Grant came out (during a snow storm!) for the initial estimate. He tested our water and explained everything clearly. I previously had our water tested by an independent lab and, even though Grant did not know about these lab results, everything he said lined up with the lab results I had. I appreciate the honesty in something that seems like it can sometimes be a shady business. Mike came out for the install. I liked that he came with the right tools for the job and clearly knew what he was doing. He made sure everything was done exactly right and explained the water softener in detail. We have been using them for salt deliveries, which have been on time and reliable. Water Boy feels like a very wholesome and positive family company, which I very much prefer over some faceless corporation with cheesy sales people.

Additionally, their pricing structure saved me a significant sum of "greenbacks". I had received a quote of over $20 per book by a local, Atlanta,GA based company, primarily because my book also contained full-color images of some of my paintings. My initial run of 1,600 copies, through DiggyPod, came in at under $4 per unit. The quality of the finished product was exceptional. I am perplexed by "negative" reviews that complain about charges for certain services that are necessary for achieving the desired finished product. I found these charges to be nominal within the whole scheme of things. I guess some people expect everything to be "free" for them. I am currently working on a novel and a book of short stories. I look forward to working with DiggyPod on these projects as well! I like that they are a US based company, and that should you have any questions throughout the developmental process, you can converse with a "real person", who is both professional and receptive to your needs!
