Water Boy Systems did an amazing job with our water softener. We have now had it for a year and a half and we absolutely love it. Grant came out (during a snow storm!) for the initial estimate. He tested our water and explained everything clearly. I previously had our water tested by an independent lab and, even though Grant did not know about these lab results, everything he said lined up with the lab results I had. I appreciate the honesty in something that seems like it can sometimes be a shady business. Mike came out for the install. I liked that he came with the right tools for the job and clearly knew what he was doing. He made sure everything was done exactly right and explained the water softener in detail. We have been using them for salt deliveries, which have been on time and reliable. After talking to Water Boy and the "other big boy water company in the field", I noticed the huge difference in attitude when talking to the two companies was like night and day. The other company really made me feel like I was a bother to them and they really were not interested and almost trying to blow me off and I should just take their word for everything they say, write a check and be done with it. Why? Because as they told me, they are the "biggest company in the field". Snobby might be a better word. I simply did not like that experience at all. So we decided to have a whole house water softener and Reverse osmosis system installed by Water Boy. In addition we had them install an ozone cold water wash system on our washer. Every part of the experience was fantastic! They totally take the time with you to be certain you get the correct system for your home (and I asked a lot of questions). The entire experience from the very first contact was as friendly and professional as you can get and the installation, sales, and office people were great. This is a family owned business and it is very clear that customer service and going out of their way to make certain customers are satisfied is of their primary concern. And it is very easy to see that they totally enjoy what they do. First time I called Water Boy Systems we were stuck in a contract with the "Competition". We were having a hard time getting anyone to explain anything. Water Boy stepped up to the plate and explained what the Competition chose not to. As soon as our contract was up, the only company I called was Water Boy to have them come out. Boris tested the water explained everything and advised what we needed. Mike came out yesterday for installation of their products. He fixed and cleaned up the "Competitions" cobbled up mess. You can definitely tell this is an Old School, Mom & Pops company. They genuinely care, that was proven when the Competition wouldn't take the time to explain and Water Boy did. Knowing we were under contract with someone else. They go above and beyond. You're not just another job to them. They take pride in their work and products.
