Worst dental office in the surrounding areas. There's nothing more badly that I could say about this facility, the dentist practitioner/owner. They are disengenous & they overcharge their customers more than any other practice I've ever been to. I have a prosthodontist in Miami, I have another prosthodontist in Berks county, & I have been to many oral surgeons & dentists of all calibers, including one in Los Angeles & like I said before, Miami, more particular Brickell. I've gone here since it was a small house! The new office staff is rude, not understanding and intolerable. Left here unbelievably upset and disappointed by the incredibly rude office staff at checkout. Dr. Hadian and Dr.Gilliland are very professional and caring. Dr. Gilliland did an awesome job on my implants giving me an awesome smile. What a fantastic group of people and place! I highly recommend this dental practice. I have a facial nerve problem and every single technician and dentist that I have worked with at Brookside has been patient and understanding when we have had to stop because the nerve started to react. I had to use their sedation dentistry once because of this nerve problem and all that had to be done proceeded without complication. The place itself is calming and relaxing with a fireplace, water/coffee area, and more. The people are the best! I had to cancel only 5 minutes before an appointment once, and they were gracious and understanding about the situation and were able to reschedule my appointment within 24 hours. read more

I've been to many different dentists over the years in different places I've lived, but Brookside is by far the best. They are exceedingly friendly, helpful and efficient. They minimize any discomfort and provide a lot of amenities in their office to make people more comfortable. I have been seeing Dr Hadian since 2006. He is the first dentist I look forward to seeing. Cordial staff, professional atmosphere, really nice folks, and NO PAIN! If I could choose a rating of less than 1 I would. Long story short, my partner and I went to this office in search a dentist after Covid. We were told they were not accepting new patients with our insurance because they had met their "quota". Our insurance advised there are not quotas for dentist and how many patients they can accept. Since when are unlicensed people allowed to act as your hygienist and take X-rays in your mouth? It took the person Three tries to get the X-rays done she kept doing them wrong and then I said enough is enough. Also if you cancel an appointment twice beware of getting kicked out of the place. We had canceled because of illness!!! We got my family's notice in the mail! Tacky that they no longer wanted our business because I had canceled twice. Later I had found out that they weren't taking our insurance anymore. It had happened to a friend. I always wondered why they asked me last appointment if we were military? Must not take that kind of insurance. And we weren't we had really good hospital based insurance guess they dropped it cause they didn't get paid enough with it. read more

I have not been to the dentist in a long while due to a bad experience when I was younger. Everyone at Brookside was very helpful and calming the whole time I was there. I could not say enough good things about them. From the X-ray tech to the Hygienist and Dr everyone was very polite and made me feel at ease the whole visit. This office is the most unhelpful and uncooperative office. They do not cooperate with patients that need pre-meds before dental work and never call back when you have to cancel and reschedule. I would not recommend this terribly run and ineffectient office for any dental care ever. They need an education on how to be "Customer Service" oriented and learn how to deal with the public. I have reported this miserable office to the appropriate State Licensing Office so they are put out of business. After 10 years of avoiding the dentist I finally found this little slice of nirvana. I opted for sedation so they could get 'er done without the need to straitjacket me. I usually hyperventilate to the point of fainting but this place is so friendly and relaxing that even a dreaded cleaning went on without incident. First visited this office in dec.2011. I was given a price for dental work to be done in Feb 2012 When this was completed I was informed that I was owed more money. I explained that I prepaid in dec. They informed me that the Dr. Had to do more than he thought.I told them that I had a contract and that I would not pay any more.I then received a letter from his office stating that he would no longer be able to treat me! I have been going to dr. Hadian for many years. He has taken the fear of going to the dentist away. He is very sensitive to making sure patien's are comfortable in many ways. Because of a lifelong time of dental issues stemming from childhood, he has made me realize more than ever the importance of keeping teeth healthy and has led me down a path to a beautiful, healthy smile when I would have taken the "easy" way out and ended up with dentures or lifelong problems.
