This guy is a major Con because you constantly are forced to deal with him as there is shit constantly breaking, mice all over the place, squirrels living in the walls, "nothing they can do, get a cat" but thats against policy so they dont really care, dont miss a payment date though because if you do they will be calling their attorneys already, they must be used to "high class" renters.... Apts are filthy and OLD as crap and so energy inefficient your O&R bill be astronomical. This place needs to be gutted and renovated, not just patch over patch over patch, you can see this too if you look, nothing is really ever fixed, just patched. I lived many places in my life, this place still gives me fears of renting ever again.

It is a huge part of why we eventually bought a home in the area. We always felt safe and taken care of in Harriman Woods. The neighbors throughout the years were always wonderful and, often times, became friends. The property is in such a wonderful location and amenities such as the huge pool and pool area were such a perk. We loved having guests over to the pool and even had parties for our children's birthdays a few times there. Harriman Woods has a real gem of a Property Manager over there in David. We cannot say enough about him. From the time I first inquired about availability in Harriman Woods he made us feel like we were already a welcomed part of the community. Any issues we had were always addressed promptly and with a smile no matter how busy he was with all of his other responsibilities. He was a large part of why we remained in Harriman Woods for so long. He is everything you look for in a property manager.......personable, organized and always willing to help and do the right thing to get the job done and keep Harriman Woods a wonderful place to live for everyone! We also had a virtual reality tour that basically puts you inside the home right from your computer. This was a service he offered to us that we were unfamiliar with, but after it was done we were very happy with the results. We give him a 5 star rating!!!
