We hired this at-home auto body repair service, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I…read morewas charged $800 for work that honestly looks like something worth maybe $200 at best. The quality just wasn't there--uneven finish, visible flaws, and overall not what I expected given the price. What made the situation even worse is that the reviews I relied on don't match what I experienced. After dealing with him, it really feels like some of the glowing reviews may not reflect genuine customer experiences, which is frustrating when you're trying to make an informed decision. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I wish someone had warned me. Save your money and go with a reputable, established shop instead.

I was quoted $700 for a dent repair, but once the job was finished, he told me he "would've charged…read more$1,000 for this kind of repair" and raised the price to $900. The pricing communication only came after the work was done, which felt unclear and frustrating. The repair quality was not what I expected: the wheel well body line is crooked, the dent area is wavy, and the paint doesn't match -- it looks matte, almost like there's no clear coat. When I pointed this out, he insisted it looked like the other side (it didn't) and told me I "couldn't expect perfection," which isn't acceptable for "professional" body work. To make things worse, when I picked up my car, the window had been left open during the repair and the interior was covered in toxic dust and debris, so l spent an hour cleaning it out so it was drivable. I paid $800 in cash, but overall the experience was disappointing. I wouldn't have problem paying the $800 if the repair looked acceptable. Now it's going to ultimately cost me more money to have my car repaired correctly. There are better, more reliable options out there with reviews that reflect the quality of work you can expect.

This was the first time I have ever had to bring a vehicle in for repairs and can I say this will…read morebe the last time I will be bringing it to this caliper collision. I brought my car in with a simple fix just a broken window and some glass that needed to be pulled. My vehicle was left without gas and the battery was dead when I arrived to pick it up about a week and a half later they took almost 0 accountability for anything and had an excuse for why the problems were already my fault mind you the battery is almost brand new and I had picture proof of 30 miles till empty on the tank. Come to find out weeks later there are pieces missing out of the door and glass still to be picked up in the backseat truly one of the most outrageous experiences and also one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had when dealing with an auto body shop highly do not recommend you're more likely and better off finding somewhere else.

I would not use them again. They had the car for a month for a minor parking lot mishap…read more Communication during that time was decent. I picked it up in a rush because I had to be somewhere else and took it home where I was later able to further inspect repairs. Lesson learned: The repair quality is lacking. The paint has multiple flaws, there are indentations in the panel that weren't there before, and there was a windshield crack that wasn't there when I dropped it off. I shared this feedback and had to make an appointment for them to see it because they "promise to make it right". The GM ultimately rudely told me I didn't understand the vehicle construction and wasted my time saying it was done as best as can be done. He did offer to keep it for additional time to "polish" it. Shouldn't that be part of the quality control process in the first place? They talk a good game, and charge a premium for their services, but ultimately you get Earl Scheib quality. They got me for a chunk of change this time, but never again, and I recommend you look elsewhere.
