When I asked about how this happened Kirt did an investigation and discovered that one of their technicians was responsible. A mistake on their part. What was really amazing and speaks the integrity of Kirt and Applewood was the admission of their mistake and a willingness to repair the scratches. No question, from their perspective, that repairing the mistake was their responsibility and their cost. Additionally, when I picked the truck up, Applewood had completely detailed the inside of the cab and washed the truck. Amazing. Much appreciated and unexpected. Art's did not fix my car…read more But they were the most knowledgeable, communicative, honest people I've dealt with. My car was rear ended by someone with Fred Loya insurance. Fred Loya is terrible to work with but Art's is used to their games. Art's Auto Body is the only bright spot I've had dealing with my broken car for the last month. I would absolutely take my next car to Art's for body work.

I knew right after that initial first meeting and the follow up meeting, after my vehicle arrived from the towing company, that the folks at Accurate... Jim, JR, Tammy and the crew would repair my 4 Runner and bring it fully back to life. The entire process went as planned and ahead of schedule. These guys need to stick to painting cars because my car will never ride as quiet as it did before they worked on it. The real disappointment was when the owner said should I open up the insides of the other factory door and compare it to see the difference. The door was probably not hung properly. I told him not to touch the good door. So My issue was never resolved. Satisfaction guaranteed as long as you do not disagree.

For the first two buisness days my car just there without being checked at all. They then ordered cheaper parts that didn't work for my car to try and save money at the request of the insurance company, this delayed the fix by another week (I would've expected them to know in advance that the parts won't work and not waste this time). Then they did order the correct parts but due to some mix-up something didn't came and that delayed for another week. Throughout these 4 weeks, I had to chase them for updates. Overall, I don't recommend coming here.

I had to get auto body repair work again on a new car, unfortunately, when my SUV got keyed at work. I was impressed the first time, I am impressed again. Not only was I the one going back and forth with the insurance for them but after them having my car for awhile when it was time to get it back and after them getting $9000 from the insurance my bumper didn't even match the Color of my car and the car make logo wasn't even on the bumper anymore either. I honestly cried as I drove back home because I just couldn't understand how they could do such a crappy job. When I asked the guy about it he said because it was an off the market bumper. That's another thing I wish I would've known. I had explained to them from the beginning that it was important for me to get it fixed because it was a lease so if I would've known they were getting off market items I would've taken it to the dealership, but at the time I didn't know that was an option either I thought I could just be able to take it to any auto shop and I would get the same quality work. They did agree to fix it so I took it back a couple days later to get it fixed and also get that bumper model back on. Which I was grateful for. I went to drop it off again and it was quite quick. The paint looked a lot better. You can still tell a little there's something off, but I just can't quite put my finger on it and when I got there, I had to tell them that that's not where the make of the model was placed so he pretty much just took it off and placed it a little bit more above so they don't even try to look at what you had brought in before to make it match before you leave. Once I got home, I noticed that there was white paint on the black bumper as well as on the tail lights and I could also see that the windows looked like they had something on it, but I thought maybe it was just dust from sitting there for a couple weeks and it being dirty from the snow and rain due to the weather and due to my schedule and the rain and snow we've had the past weeks I had not been able to wash my car until yesterday and that's when I realized I'm not sure what they got all over the car, but the surface on the car on most parts feel rough and not smooth like it used to and my windows seem like they are dirty from whatever they got all over my car it almost seems like it's paint that was just landing on the car. I'm not sure but they ruined my brand new car that I worked so hard for and still do and they could've cared less all they wanted was the money to do a half ass job and when they try to fix it, they just ruined the rest of the car. It's sad that they let people leave knowing damn well the job they did wasn't good and if I wouldn't said anything my bumper still wouldn't match the rest of the car. I know my car and the condition I took it in and I know it wasn't like this don't take your car there because like I mentioned, they will ruin your car and they could care less about doing a good job. All they care about is getting the money. This isn't OK.

The front of my car looks brand new, no imperfections or sloppiness which I always worry about with these jobs but they did just fine. Also got a thorough dashboard detail and vacuum for free! Super happy with platinum, Thomas the owner was very professional and said he just took over the company from someone else not as good. Seems legit I didn't notice anything wrong with the place. It's a bit hard to find though, don't use Apple Maps it will take you to an abandoned building, you have to take the service road under the overpass.
