I've been using SVE for over a decade after my car(s) were hit from accidents. I wanted to give a very positive review based on their warranty work. Typically, when companies offer some sort of "lifetime" warranty, it's with so many strings attached that it's meaningless. My car was repaired 2.5 years ago and started developing rust spots by the fender. I made an appointment anxious if anything would be handled and the owner came out and within 10 months had me on the books to fully repaint and repair the side! No gaslighting or excuses that I "drove my car wrong" or something ridiculous that you see so often today. For this reason. I would highly recommend SVE based off the piece of mind. I knew a couple of people who got a car repaired here so thought I'd get an estimate. The estimate compared to other shops was a lot higher and unexplained hours on the line items. I have had cars repaired on many occasions so this is not foreign to me. When I reached out to the estimator and asked for an explanation of those items, he got really defensive and said I should go to the places the lower estimates. Two stars for customer service. SVE did a nice job on the repair work for my car, but communication was terrible. I made 4-5 calls over 3 months to get clarification on my estimate, information for my insurance company or updates on progress. I left several messages or was promised they would call me "the next day". I NEVER got a call back. Most frustrating was when I finally caught the representative at her phone and she would reply with, "Oh Hi! I was just about to call you!". She did this 3 times. In each instance, I had waited over a week for her to call me back. I do not recommend SVE Autobody. The lack of communication probably extended the time my vehicle was in the shop by 2-3 weeks while trying to get repair scope and payments sorted out w/ my insurance company. read more

The experts here did an impeccable job with my 22 Tacoma. My truck is a unique shade of gray and they matched it perfectly. They ordered parts straight from the dealer. The scheduling team was very flexible with me as I had to change my drop off date a few times due to personal scheduling conflicts. Rear of my Audi took damage when I reversed into something I shouldn't have. Rear bumper, portion of rear quarter panel, and tail light needed to be replaced. SVE was only scheduling repairs 2-3 months out, and estimated about a month's worth of time for repair, with contingency on parts availability. Took the car in and the repair took roughly two months. While the process was lengthy, the final product (see photos) speaks for itself. The paint match is excellent, the panel fitment and gapping is like new, the PPF that was replaced was installed very well, and the interior of the car was practically fully detailed when I picked it up. I cannot recommend this place enough! The right side of our BMW's bumper was partially torn off from a bolt sticking up from a cement parking block. Raul took a look at it and told me he could reattach it a couple of days later and that it would only take a few hours (which was such a relief compared to how much it would have been to replace the entire bumper). Raul was so kind, went the extra mile for us, and did an amazing job. These guys are great, beginning with their estimate process. Their website included a link to an app that was very simple and easy. I entered basic information about the vehicle and the damage to it, took a few pictures that the app automatically uploaded, submitted the information, and a few hours later they got back to me with a reasonable estimate. Throughout the process they were incredibly flexible, helpful and nice, including offering to come in on a Saturday when they are normally closed when I was having trouble getting in to pick it up that Friday. After my GT4 was damaged, my insurance company tried to get me to go to Caliber. Needless to say, I refused to accept that suggestion. After checking the Porsche forums and few of my "car guys" SVE was recommended. The made the process very smooth, worked with the insurance company, got factory parts and delivered very high quality work. I recently had to use SVE for the 2nd time in about a year on two different vehicle and both times their service was excellent and prices stayed to the amount estimated. Best of all, the most recent time I went in and had anticipated waiting a couple months for repair but they were able to fit in the schedule much sooner because damage was limited to bumper & small amt of body damage ~ much appreciated since the car was only 3 months old when I was hit! A quick update to my review. My last time visiting SVE was back in February of 2013 for a passenger side window replacement (smash and grab robbery). In the months since I had noticed that there was a buzzing sound coming from the door while the radio was on. This became annoying to the point where I took the door apart to figure out what was the case. It turned out pieces of glass had not been completely cleaned up. There were fragments sitting in the door frame itself. There were fragments pressed between the speaker and the door. These fragments had damaged the speaker surround and cut some of the butyl rubber surround. I discovered this roughly 10 months after the original repair. I called SVE with the intention of letting somebody know. Butch, the owner, answered and was courteous and understanding the entire time. My main reason to call was to vent as I hold SVE in high regard and this oversight seemed to be inconsistent with the rest of the work I've seen from them. Unfortunately, due to the nature of an aftermarket sound solution, replacing the speaker is not as straightforward as simply bolting a new one on. I've decided to try and repair it however, Butch has offered to try and make things right if they can, failing my repair. That sentiment alone puts SVE in a best in class position as all I was looking for was an apology and taking the onus. tl;dr - their customer service goes right to the top and it's impressive. read more

I popped my spoiler off running into our garage door. When I called SVE the receptionist was super polite told me to come right in and that they could help. I had my SC 300 Lexus repaired at this shop 2 years ago with Mike M. First, I trusted this company has a life time warranty as they mentioned. But they are not the honest company you should trust with their word. The reason I said that because I recently find out my bumper has a lot of tiny hair paint crack under the coating like the dried paint cracking with a high heat, and I bring this back to them to take care of it, they said it look like someone hit my bumper multiple times. No one hit my bumper, and where it is masked of the hit? Nothing... If the bumper was hitting by someone, the coating or the bumper is damaged already. I ask them to find any cars that was hitting the bumper and show me it has the same tiny crack all over the bumper like that, then I walk away without argument. First repair with SVE was very good and professional. Unfortunately my second repair was TERRIBLE. The quote and appointment with Mike M. went well and I trusted him to care for my vehicle. First issue: When I picked it up after the repair it was raining so a thorough walk around was hardly worthwhile. As I was departing I checked the vehicle computer and found someone had taken my Supercharged Range Rover for a high speed joyride. I had reset my computer when I dropped it off, to discover someone had driven my vehicle over two miles with a fuel mileage of less than two miles a gallon. Meaning someone had their foot in the accelerator to see what my RR would do performance-wise. Why a test drive for fixing a scratch on the front fender? Mike should never have allowed this vehicle to leave the premises, I hold him responsible. Second issue: I was charged for removing the front grill and bumper. So why is it that I have paint overspray on the bumper? Shabby work, and no quality control. The sad part is that Mike knows I have previously sent referrals directly to him. Since they like to joyride in customer's nice vehicles, I doubt I will return or recommend this body shop to anyone. read more

Wow! I had a nasty scratch on the back of my 2016 Forester, white pearl. I tried to fix it with a scratch repair kit and botched it, made i worse in fact. Raul saved the day, sanded, buffed, polished and restored the pearl and clear coat to original shine. Wonderful job, he was done in 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable. read more

The whole team exudes great customer service and pride in their work. I have used them a few times. Once for a new bumper, extensive detailing and debt repairs and they did a fabulous job. This time I used them to repair a side mirror on my girlfriend's car. In both cases I was advised on when to buy a part myself and when to let them get it from the dealer. Paint quality and workmanship are unmatched. Even better the prices are not only fair but better than most in town. Their location is convenient off Wads and Hwy 36. I would not only use this shop for the unfortunate moments in life but that sweet custom paint job or an extensive clean and detail on your favorite aging vehicle. I had an over the top wonderful first experience at Sve. I filled out an online contact request from their website (talk about easy!) and was contacted the next morning. My VW was the victim of a hit and run and had some minor paint damage, and my car shop, Avalon Motorsport in Denver, highly recommended them - FYI They told me to come in during their business hours and they would give me a free estimate. They have a very nice complex - lots of parking, although they were a bit busy with all of the cars out front - but I went in and was immediately attended to by a gentleman named Joe. Joe and I walked out to my car and I showed him the damage. We talked car stuff and he listened to me vent about idiot people that can't pull out of a parking space without hitting others. Then he ran inside and grabbed a can of paint thinner and got about 80% of the foreign car mark off my bumper. He also covered the three 1/4 inch round circles of missing paint with some of their cover up that matched my candy-white car (I made a great choice buying a white car!). I was so pleased by this experience that I told him I was going to write a Yelp for them and tell everyone I know to go to them for paint/body service. I have already called family members and a few friends to tell them about my experience. Joe also told me pricing information for getting my bumper fixed. He recommended that due to the minimum damage that I don't pay the $$ to get it professionally painted/clear coated by them, because someone could hit my car in another parking lot next week, etc. I appreciated his honesty and ability to service my car in such a professional way. This was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had - and I thought all car people were awful and out to get your money! By no means am I wanting to tell others that this place does work for free. Joe happened to be able to spend a few minutes with me and use his simple solution and a minute of elbow grease to make me feel better and improve the look of my car, as I was very upset with the hit and run mark. Even though we didn't pursue the work on our vehicle at this time, the person assisting took the time to answers the questions about our car and gave a thorough estimate promptly.
