He was superb: first we sat down together and brainstormed about a contract, based upon a template of fair expectations. I then wrote the document, which Richard edited, and presented it to my proposed employer. Afterward, Richard helped me through every development in the negotiation process. Richard's intelligence on all matters proved invaluable. He was experienced, comprehensive and patient with the process, as I pursued a structure of employee - employer compromise. Refused to get me temporary benefits or treatment leading to a section 20 settlement. Even respondent doctor stated my injury was aggravated by the accident. I had to point it out. He allowed 6 adjournment in last few months. After settlement was signed, he disappeared and left his secretary to take over. The firm failed to inform me of a fee increase or supply arbitration form as required. The respondent failed to pay in required 60 days. This entitled me to damages, he won't file such, already got paid. He never called to discuss the issues. Stay far away. I disputed this, the firm acted entitled and arrogant.

I was really scared when I got hit by a car and my ankle was broken. Also, I felt super bad about the thought of "suing" someone. I thought that was something that people who were trying to get away something. Thank goodness my boyfriend said "you've got to get a lawyer and another good friend--reccommended Edith highly. Thank God I didn't go to one of those awful companies (you know the one on the tv ad) as a friend had an awful, impersonal experience with them. From the start, Edith made me feel comfortable, attended to, and like I was literally--her only priority.
