That happens every time I come here. Had to go to the front of the store to get someone. The other 4 stars are for Arturo, in Customer Service. He patiently set up the new watch for me, which was greatly appreciated. I wanted to use my current watch as a trade-in. He looked at it, and said I could get $90 towards the new watch. Since it was in pristine condition, he suggested that I sell it myself for more. Great service, great advice.
