Remember only set up a appointment to test drive and inspect vehicle after you do all your homework! ASK for OUT THE DOOR PRICE no add on's or unnecessary coverages or docking fees and get that on paper not word of mouth. Stick to that no more no less . Take your time because you are in the drivers seat not some fast talking fast walking car dealer or G.Mgr. ! Until people are willing to start educating themselves nothing will change, Buying a vehicle should not be a nightmare! Don't hesitate to shut them down if they are not willing to be honest and straight forward! REALLY HOPE THIS HELPS and remember there are honest and reputable dealerships but you have got to put in the homework to find them! I do not recommend GRAINGER NISSAN to be the ball park you will get a fair game because once they know you have a rule book too ! They will grab their ball and GO HOME!

    I have called over and over, I continue to get the service department and take a message and parts…read morenever calls back. I can't not believe how hard it is to have a basic level of customer service for a company that deals in customer service. This day and age, customer service should be top notch! Because it's not I have decided to not only drive to drive to Greenville to get the part I needed, because Granger parts could not return several calls, but pay the extra for what I needed. I won't recommend granger parts for anything you need.

I got a van from family auto in February 2026, I had the van…read morealmost 4 weeks and it had transmission issues, was in the shop for over 3 weeks, and then I got it back for about 4 weeks and now this is week 2 it's been in the shop AGAIN. the warranty doesn't cover all the parts and the staff is unprofessional and not very helpful or empathetic for the situations they put you in. they have no communication with me or the shop often insisting that I call and check on the vehicle, and between co workers don't even know what's going on with my car. 10/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND

    After my last purchase I will never deal with them again. I have bought several cars from Billie. I…read morepurchased a Dodge Nitro in Oct. 2025 and is now Feb. 2026 and this vehicle has been in several different times because the check engine light keeps coming on. Each time we had to take it in they would find something different wrong with it and it was 100 bucks each time. This time the check engine light came on and it was towed to the shop Monday and we've been calling every single day to find out what is going on with our SUV and every time they said "we'll call you right back." I finally got an answer today Friday, thay it's a ABS sensor this time and it's not covered under the warranty. I have a copy of my warranty and I have read it several times and it says nothing about this being excluded. I spoke with 5 people at Family Auto today and none of them including Billie could tell me where in my warranty I could tell me where to find it. The warranty company couldn't even tell me where this information is located. Billie (when I called back) said "what can I do because I don't have $1100 bucks just sitting around that's why I had gotten the warranty. She then proceeded to let me know if I give the shop what money I had then we could add 50 bucks to our weekly payment until it gets paid all back. I HAVE A USELESS WARRANTY & THE PEOPLE ALL GIVE YOU DIFFERENT ANSWERS AND REASONS THINGS ARE GOING HOW THEY ARE. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM SINCE 1998 AND AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE THEY'LL NEVER GET ANY MORE REFERRALS OR MONEY FROM ME.
