We had our vehicle towed to their facility but they had no record of looking at the computer/radio (which they did and even quoted us a price to replace). We needed that checked again because we were having similar issues, but also knew our shocks and struts need to be replaced so we asked them to give us a quote for that as well. They charged us two separate $180 diagnostic fees. Almost $400 for no work just to tell us what we already knew and quoted us insane repair prices. Do not recommend for service! Drive to Greenville or somewhere else to get your GMC/Chevy serviced. They are not honest business people.

Yes it was as is…read morebut when we were test driving it something just didn't feel right when I drove it but just figured it was because I had a heavy foot and it had a light pedal. Every time I brought it up and drove it with them it did fine so I figured it was me. Also, I noticed scraping front driver so I took (I do know a lil about cars thank you daddy) the wheel off and look and the brake pads were almost nonexistent. They did do the brakes while bitching the whole time. I figured ok so there is a 90 warranty with powertrain if anything wrong and I wasn't crazy was covered. NOPE wrong. 3 days later we had to pay $5,000 for a new transmission. THEY ARE ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!!! And the owner is the biggest condescending prick. We bought it back in late Jan-beginning feb, we finally got tag last week but no title and auditor has no show of this VIN so who know if and/or when we will get it! BTW my daddy didn't go with me because he had total knee replacement the week before.
