It's very upsetting to drive there and find that the store isn't even open during their advertised…read morehours. I got there at 10 pm (their store hours claim they're open from 9am until 11 pm daily) and the store is already closed. I have gone there plenty of times at 9am to find that the store doesn't open until someone feels like showing up, typically around 9:45 am. Gas is not cheap these days. If I'm going to drive out there, I want to know I'm not wasting my time, gas, and money. But it seems like they don't really care.

Customer service was cool at first so I became a regular. I would come in and always be asked how…read moremy day was going so far. One day I noticed they were on my Clover app and offered $10 off my next purchase. I went in to grab more than usual since I was going back to Cali. He rung me up and when I went to punch in my number he immediately told me I could not use my coupon. I asked why not when it was given to me in the app for shopping with him on a regular and he proceeds to tell me how he would be losing money and blah blah blah. So I said ok, purchased a few and left. Well the next time I came in , there was no more talk and he was really dry and short with me like I was bothering him. I took it as him having an off day so I ignored it, but the second time he was the same thing. I'm confused why he has an attitude when I didn't. He's the one not honoring the coupons that he signed up for but I'm cool.
