Took my 8 year old Honda CRV to a large, reputable body shop in Georgetown for fender work including repainting; re-stabilizing and saving my front bumper; and replacing some missing plastic exterior trim pieces. They referred me to a small shop, named Javier Diaz's "Brother's Collision & Kustoms" and said he would charge half the cost that they would. So, I hopped in the car and drove to Javier's. This was on a Friday. He examined the car, wrote up an invoice with cost, said to bring it in on Monday and that it would take 3 days. That's exactly what happened AND they did a GREAT JOB! He gives you his mobile number and is quickly responsive by text or phone. I definitely recommend this business. Javier and his team are outstanding! They are professional, knowledgeable, and do amazing work. They clear-coated my 1958 Chevrolet Apache and it looks better than I would have ever hoped. The tailgate needed painted and Javier made it look very clean and " kustom." A new headliner was installed and looks perfect. Javier took extremely good care of the truck. He was always available for questions and provided regular updates. I used brother's collision for an accident I was in, but ironically two seperate accidents happened to my car around the same time. First off, I had a major scratch and dent on my back bumper which was quickly fixed in one day. Secondly, I got into an accident and there was a hole in my front bumper and it needed replaced. He gave reliable pricing and had everything done in a very timely manner. Of course the front bumper I had fixed was being done during one of the freezes here, but regardless my car was still done at almost the same time he originally quoted me. Someone ran into my parked Toyota and did not leave a note. I was referred to Javier, owner of Brother's Collision and Kustoms, but had no way to get home after leaving my car. He brought me home (15 miles away) and took the car back to repair. He fixed the dented front fender and worked late that night to match the paint perfectly. It looks like nothing ever happened! If I could give 6 stars, I would. I got in an accident months back and the lady that hit me had the worst insurance I've ever dealt with! They've been dragging their feet to get my car fixed and also had no contracts with rental companies to get me in one. They never answer their phones and suck at communication all together! Just had my 2018 Ford Fusion worked on by them. They replaced a front door outer panel and refinished it to match. Javier of Brother's, did a great job on the replacement panel and color matching it to the car. Prior to my retirement, I had a paint and body shop as part of my new car dealership and have been around that type of business since 1965. Therefore, I knew what I was looking for in the repair and they met my expectations. Their service was very cost competitive and done with a high degree of Quality. I have had multiple things fixed by Javier and his team. First my headliner was replaced after it fell with new material and looked great finished. Second my driver side mirror was knocked off by a flying piece of metal along the road; Javier found a replacement mirror and installed it within a day! Third a big section of clear coat on my hood peeled off and within days he was able to sand it all off and repaint it with a matched color of my grayish/blue car of a 2003 Honda accord. My car door was hit on the same spot twice. The first time it wasn't noticeable so I left it as is, but the second time It looked pretty bad. I decided to get it fixed. I didn't use my insurance since the incident happened at home. I had to pay out of pocket but fortunately it wasn't too much. I had a great experience. My car was only gone for a week (I had to get hail damage done at the same time with insurance). Everything went smoothly. Very reliable shop.
