Better off ordering a kombucha which comes in a can. Water is bottled. Service is too attentive when you first arrive then seems to disappear once you have been served. Really a 3.5. NOTE: if you make a reservation they charge $5 per person cover plus you must spend $30 per person. Also they taxed the cover which is inappropriate.

Mom serves the food and pop runs the bar. It's a very cozy and intimate place to listen to jazz. On our visit there was a trio playing. Being a small place it's intimate and we got to meet the band members during the break. The trio did a set and after a short break it was a jam session. Several other musicians arrived, and it was a great session. Some points to note. It's a small venue and great for a trio but with the jam session it got quite crowded, though in a good way in my opinion. Lots of interaction between the audience and musicians. Also, with only mom and pop working, service can get a little slow. They are known for their cocktails, and they are very good. Also, a selection of beers on tap and in bottles. Wine also. They serve food but we didn't try any.

We hired ROM for a wedding welcome party, and the wedding reception. The entire band is made up of highly talented musicians and singers that can make any song of your choice sound incredible. Tiana was so easy to work with. She's very responsive, and had greats tips for how to make each experience with ROM electric. It's been 5 years since our wedding and our family and friends still talk about how amazing the band was to this day.

But when it was time for the reception, the saxophone and trumpet came out to lead all our guests into the ballroom to shift that tone showcase some energy and got everyone moving and ready for the party! The nine-piece band was absolutely worth it, amazing, exciting, and working the audience with their range of musical genres as well as top-tier showmanship, even our more musically inclined guests were mesmerised and couldn't help but follow the singers' dance moves. Simply put, literally everyone was blown away. Even before the celebration, the planning stages were so fluid and fun, they really took the stress off of us in finding the right vibe for our wedding. They even made our personalised monogram perfectly match our cocktail napkins, it was a perfect backdrop to a perfect performance, felt like a concert and a dance party all rolled into one!

Celeste was exceptional as celebrant, serving as both officiant and soloist for the event. She guided us through the planning process with compassion and took great care to understand who our daughter was through conversations with and written comments of family members. Together we chose several songs for Celeste to sing as guests arrived and others she would sing during the celebration of life. An ordained minister, she facilitated the service with thoughtful and consoling words and spiritual reflections appropriate to our situation. Our choice was to have several family members speak, with three songs interspersed through the program. Celeste eased these transitions seamlessly and her singing is simply luminous. My husband and I are grateful for the extraordinary care, sympathy, and peace that Celese provided to honor our daughter's life in such a beautiful way.

Ted and Fernando played during our cocktail hour at the reception. They were very responsive in communication, even during the holiday season, and punctual on the day of. It was fun getting a text message from them when they were all set up, a great way of letting us know that all is good and we have so much to look forward to. Ted and Fernando's music perfectly complemented the reception setting at the Crossings. We went for an elegant, classic theme with some European flair. There is just nothing like a soulful acoustic music, a glass of fine champagne and a dramatic winter sunset! Thanks for the magic, Fernando and Ted

I can't say enough about how incredibly helpful, communicative and professional he was from the start. He was not only articulate and the services they offered but also showed more interest in us and our event than any of the others to ensure he'd offer exactly what we were looking for. He offered incredible insight on points we never considered to ensure we had the equipment and timeline that made the most sense and proactively worked with our venue and planner to coordinate the details so we didn't have to. He consistently exceeded our expectations in his communication and response times. The quality of their music was exceptional. We heard countless compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed the music but also how fun the guys were to interact with. They're both very fun and down to earth while staying extremely professional. They each pitched in a few times throughout the night to help out and ensure everything went well-two really great guys who also happen to be outstanding musicians. Thank you so much for helping to make our event so special!
